We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

GermanyWe appreciated the free parking but it meant that there was a constant coming and going of cars, car doors slamming and people chatting all night long and early in the morning. It's all very beautiful but not a peaceful rest.
The level of attentive service at Le Dune is fantastic. All the staff is kind and incredibly attentive. We were early to check in and they took our phone number to call us when our room would be ready. The receptionist however must have noticed, that we sat down in the restaurant and came to us and discreetly told us during our very tasty meal, that our room was ready and we could check in whenever we liked. The young trainee in the restaurant was very well monitored and already had better serving manners than most fully trained waiters. The location is perfect, you can walk down the steep dune or take the slightly longer wooden path to the very clean beach. The bar under the hotel serves tasty snacks and smothies and the staff there too is very friendly. The room was exceptionally clean and the balcony with the view of the sea was small but perfect to enjoy the sunset and hang our towels.

Breakfast/restaurant view is wonderfull, distance to the beach and there is a very nice bar bellow the hotel. Staff is very helpfull

The hotel is beautifully located by the ocean with the beach reachable in 3 minutes. Our balcony had a great view and the room was pretty and clean. We had dinner at their restaurant which was delicious, I especially recommend the profiteroles. Breakfast was fine.
