Wi-fi didn’t work, Car parking rental system wasn’t effective, The coach was creaking and making lot of noise when our son was sleeping on it.

Followed all instructions to get the key but it was not there, even if we arrived at agreed check in time. Luckily some people were getting out, that helped us getting in to find that the cleaner did not put the key were it belongs at the right time.

Very good location. Not too noise, even if it is in the heart of Como, where all the action happens.

There wasn’t much in terms of cooking utensils, the toilet would take ages to refill after flushing, the cleaners would come in early in the morning and we felt very pressured on our check out day

The sofa bed was not very comfortable and a bit squeaky. But the rest was great so we were still very happy to have booked this place and would definitely book it again. Thank you!

Possibly 76 steps carrying heavy bags. The changeover staff have not been checking that everything worked, not a real problem as we were staying just one night. Only place to plug in the kettle was across the sink, not very safe.. I expect that the minor issues will have been addressed by now.

Please note that if you have heavy luggage, there are no elevators and one must walk up several flights of stairs (at least in the building where we stayed). The restaurant on the ground floor and mezzanine, while lovely in design, is a tourist trap: overpriced with blaring music and poor service. I have lived and worked in Italy for more than 15 years and this restaurant is bay far one of the poorest in terms of food and service.

The location cannot be better! Centrally located only a few blocks from the lake and adjacent to several piazze, the apartment was quiet, comfortable and perfect for a short or long stay. Recommended!

On our first day, the Staff refused to help us move to another apartment even though the AC was broken & couldn't be fixed. As an interim solution they placed the office fan for air vent but surprisingly it was broken and didn't function. Calls for help were ignored with a response that nothing can be done beyond the help extended & this was inadequate. We were advised to sleep with the window opened & we found their response petulant. On Day 2 we were moved to another apartment and we were completely satisfied with a Balcony & 2 ACs that were functioning, making the remainder of our stay a pleasant experience. Housekeeping is timed every alternate day & you can extra for daily service. The absence of a Lift can be inconvenient though this is mentioned clearly at the time of booking. There is a Cafe/diner below the apartment which is reputed and offers authentic Italian fare, if you desire to explore it.

Location is 5 min walk to Lake Como placing you in a premium area in the heart of Old Town.

Although we knew there was no elevator and our rooms were on the third floor, the several flights of steps with no elevator was a little daunting when carrying our luggage up all the steps, but we made it work.

The check-in process was very easy given the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and the location was excellent. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to see.

Toilet smell. Not sure of it was the sewage but it could have use some toiled fresheners as there weren’t any. Towels had a strong smell of vinegar which I assume this is what they use for cleaning.

Great location next to the Cathedral in center town, close to everything. Everything you need in the apartment. Comfortable beds.

But! The smell of the urine was across all apartment. It was impossible to stay there. And it was impossible to use the toilet at all. It smelled urine so bad. And the color of the toilet seat was yellow. While it is not changed do not recommend this place.

The location is perfect. The apartment is located in very nice old building near the Duomo. Nice view from the windows. Cozy. Very friendly.

We stayed 5 nights and they only serviced the room on day 4. so we needed to buy our own toilet roll as they only provided one roll, not a big deal but was unexpected. Whilst not an issue for us, be careful if you dont like stairs or have heavy bags as no lifts, we knew this ahead of time so it was fine (we counted approx 65 stairs to 4th floor)

The location was amazing, very close to Como Lago Nord train Station, supermarket, Cathedral and ferries. Highly recommend. Our apartment was on the 4th floor and had a decent kitchen, very comfy bed, good shower and a fantastic restaurant below the apartments (we spent nearly 4 weeks in Italy and Restaurente Sociale had the best risotto out of everywhere that I tried. We only wish we had gone back more than once.

The aircon was set to work only between certain hours and after spending all day outside, it was awful to come home and not have a relaxing evening because of it, especially as Italy was extremely hot. Also, we had to wait around 30 mins for someone to come and give us the key - the only girl that was in the office didn't speak English and couldn't even give us an indication of how much time we need to wait or what's happening.

The location was great and the space as well.

There is no parking included but there is paid parking within a short walk. The rooms are up several flights of stairs which wouldn’t suit some travellers.

The location is fabulous, right next to the big Duomo & main piazza of Como. Easy to pull up in a car out the front to unload etc. The view from the room is spectacular, the apartment is stylish & comfortable.

Narrow stairs to apartments without lift. Ok for us but may be difficult for less mobile people. Parking is a multi storey 5 mins walk away. Ok for normal cars but not ideal for low or wide vehicles.
