Partly the equipment in the kitchen was broken (frying pan was sticky, pan side handles fell off, kitchen towel was smelly...), curtain rod fell off in the bedroom and shower head couldn't be fixed, so it always fell down.

Very calm resort and villa. Staff was very friendly and communicative, we also got informed quickly via WhatsApp. Of course a great view from there.

It was just great.

Modern villa in a very good shape, equipped with everything you need for a wonderful vacation. The seaview was fantastic, and the spot a good starting point for various trips with the kids. The private parking spot for the car is immediately next to the house. A daytrip to the close-by island La Maddalena (20 minute ferry ride) is also highly recommended. The staff is friendly and very helpful if it comes round tips and hints for daily activities. And of course - the italian food alone would be reason enough to visit Sardinia.

Peaceful location with amazing views! The villa had everything you’d need for a great stay! If you are looking for a quiet place, look no further and book one of these villas! You will need a car though as there is not much within walking distance (and you’d have to walk on the road)

We recently enjoyed a delightful five-day stay at this villa, and it was an absolute gem. The villa was impeccably clean, equipped with everything we needed, and boasted a breathtaking view that made every moment special. The surrounding area was tranquil, offering a peaceful and serene atmosphere, complemented by a beautiful nearby beach. A special mention goes to Maddalena, the manager, whose professionalism and helpfulness truly made our stay even more enjoyable. A lot of bees which didn’t allow us to sit outside and enjoy the nature. It was dangerous to sit outside. There is no restaurant nearby so we had to go to the center always.

There were several stray cats that were always in the yard and trying to get into the house. One of the cats got in to the Villa through the kitchen window while we were eating dinner. Apartment could use a little maintenance in the off-season. The starters on the stove did not work. One of the toilet seats was very loose/almost broken.

Beautiful view from the villa. Great location a short drive from Palau. Staff was very kind and helpful. We loved the glass doors that opened from the living room area to enjoy the sea breeze. The Villa had everything we needed for a great stay.

This apartment is perfect! Especially for dog owner! The garden was really big, well maintained and hedged so our dog could roam free in our garden. The kitchen is well equiped. Very nice staff! Great beach 300m from the apartment

We were very impressed with our stay! We went at the end of their holiday season (September) for our honeymoon and it was nice and quiet. We were greeted by a friendly lady (of whom we cannot remember her name (apologies)) and she upgraded our villa for our honeymoon! Thank you! The villa was very spacious and clean. We had our own parking space, clean bedding, towels, beach towels, bottles of water in the fridge, our own sun loungers in the villa garden and a beautiful view overlooking the coast. The beach bar was still open during our visit but only between 0830-1900. The staff there were lovely, welcoming and very attentive! The beach area was great, clean, music playing. The location was a short distance (7mins) to Palau which has a variety of restaurants and bars and in the opposite direction was a small place Cannigione with shops and more bars.
