The whole experience there was really nice. Super clean room. Interesting decor the room is great. The personal is pleasant to talk to. Very good cleaning. And the location is perfect, you can see Vatican through the window on the left. It's a bit loud there because of the traffic there is an air conditioner and if you close the window it's isolating everything outside.

The room was great. Very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was well appointed. Just a couple of little niggles/ suggestions going forward. A bath towel rail / hooks in Bathroom, nowhere to hang your towels at moment. Some coat hooks in the bedroom to assist with storage. Our host was most helpful. The cleaner was excellent. I would stay again if I return to Rome. Located at a two minute walk to the Vatican.

You could add some holders for towels. The hairdryer could be changed because it was quite weak.

The suite is clean and well maintained. Its location is perfect, it is just a few steps away from Vatican. The check in went smoothly. Noemi, the Suri Suites representative, is very polite and helpful. We enjoyed our stay :)

Air conditioner is fairly enough to make inside warm however the floor can be cold. it would be good to have disposable slippers. Don’t think will be an issue in summer time.

Staff were wonderful. They had already been waiting at the location before we have arrived. She gave us good advice regarding what to do and where to eat. The place is 3 minutes far by walk from Vatikan museum. It is wonderful because of you need be at museum as soon as early if you don’t want to wait so long in queue. Property was clean and tidy. I would stay in same place again.

Location was great for visiting the Vatican museum and very close to metro. Safe with some nice cafes and bakeries around too. Room was spacious, clean and nicely decorated.

Noemi, the host, was so welcoming and helpful with really good restaurant recommendations. The room was modern, clean and a nice design. The location was great and right next to the Vatican. It was also very close to the metro.

Excellent hotel. Very attentive and friendly staff, they recommended different restaurants and cafes for breakfast. The location of the hotel is excellent - you can see the Vatican wall from the window. The building has a small elevator. Everything in the room is new and beautiful, there is even a mini refrigerator. Cleaning service is offered every day. And on TV you can watch Netflix)

What could be improved is the communication, as it was a bit chaotic. When there is no reception, an overall message or mail summarising everything you need to know for your stay would be handy (eg check-out procedure).

Beautiful room with modern and clean bathroom. The bed is big and very comfortable. The room is also very well-isolated from street-noise and light coming in. The Vatican is very close by and so is a metrostation, which is very convenient! The room is cleaned every day, also a plus, just like the little fridge in the room! The owner sent us a list with recommended restaurants/breakfast bars, very nice.
