Everything was very good.

Location was very convenient, in great proximity to hiking trails. The was extremely attentive and just very nice people. The breakfast offered a nice variety and with three children in our family all enjoyed.

The hotel is amazing. It is right in the center, close to anything you might need (train station, beach, etc.). The room was very clean, everything was great. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff was just wonderful. They helped us with anything we needed.

The shower (metal hose to the shower head) leaked. The apartment would be more comfortable with a couple of oscillating fans, particularly in the loft. Instructions on how to use the television would also be nice.

The beds were comfortable, plenty of room for a family of four. The breakfasts were fantastic. The staff was top rate.

The accommodation isn't located at the check-in building and the breakfast located at the check-in building also, When you have to leave early , we have to waste time for check-out and get a breakfast for 400m away(one way). And our room is high floor(we love it) but there's no elevator at all. OMG!

Good breakfast, we loved their bread and croissant. Bed is so comfy and the room is so nice and clean. There's balcony to sit and chill out. We see the ocean from there also. Love it! Very nice staff, we've to hurry to catch a train but the breakfast start 7.00 a.m. but they give me a tissue paper for bring a bread for breakfast. Thank you for understand us.

Claudia is exceptional! she managed to give us a garage space for our car since we had a broken window . the breakfast was great too ! lots of options and everything was fresh . location is awesome and the recommendation for the restaurant Micky was awesome . great food and wine !

The only down side was the size of the guest/bedroom. The size was a bit smal a bit more space would of been useful

Did not know how to contact front staff in case we had any questions or needed help. Maybe more information on local recommended restaurants or activities would have been helpful.

We loved that our rooms had small balcony space. The staff were super helpful at breakfast, allowing us to bring our daughter her food in her room as she had tummy upset. Staff also offered her tea and brought her in a tray. Thank you for your kindness. Breakfast was fantastic - we could smell the baking pastries from our room - fresh and delicious. The hotel location was very close to the beach, the train station and beach walk.

I was in an Annex of the building and it was up a hill and stairs. with a heavy luggage it was tough.

We had two rooms and one was a block away in a different building. This was fine for our family but could be hard for others, they should just be aware that this is a possibility.

We loved the sea view, room and bathroom were lovely. we loved having coffee in the room and the breakfast each morning was very nice. they had a nice offering. Claudia and her staff were warm and welcoming. Claudia gave us great advice for the train and the boat so we could see all of Cinque Terra. Air conditioning works well!

Sometimes no one at reception so to obtain beach towels took a while. Beach towels should just be in evry bedroom to save everyone time and effort as clearly every guest would want a beach towel at some point.

This is a lovely hotel. It is conveniently located just off the end of the main street in the new town. It was spotless and provided quality sleep, especially after hiking. My daughter said the rollaway was the most comfortable one she had had in two weeks! The staff is amazingly accommodating, even with a very late check-in. The lady serving breakfast each day is so kind and does everything she can to be sure you enjoy your breakfast. Thank you for the many cappuccinos! A wonderful variety of options are served each morning. It was a perfect stay!

Even if the property looks nice and modern, we had the worst room ever. It was in front of the reception and we could hear all the noise made (also when the tables were arranged for the breakfast) and the only window in the room overlooked the dining room. So we couldn’t open the window and we had to always stay with the curtains drawn. We stayed only one night, and for one night we managed, but if we would have stayed longer, that room was very bad. The room was clean and modern, but the above mentioned things made it awful. Also, the room was not very big, and the bed it was in from of the door (really close to the door). If we opened the door, we could see directly the receptionist :)).

The breakfast was amazing. The bed was comfortable.
