We had a small room, nice though it was eating breakfast in a small room is no fun. The breakfast itself was lovely, staff were lovely so very kind and helpful. Bringing a kettle for the room made a world of difference. Hotel was fine for a long weekend but any longer might be a problem I am afraid to say. Space was a limit both room and bathroom.

Second time staying here and we loved it again, the staff is great and very welcoming. The location is the best you could ask for when staying in Venice, super close to all the important places to visit. Not noisy at all! The breakfast in bed was enough to start the day with. If I ever come back to Venice I'm definitely staying here again.

The room was great, the bed was so comfy. The staff is very friendly and helpful (especially Mrs. Gabi). The location is really close to interest points and restaurants. Next time we revisit Venezia, we will choose for sure the same location. ❤️

Although we knew about rooms sizes but it felt even smaller in real. The fact the rooms were tucked behind the reception added to boxy feeling.

I didn't actually get a chance to stay at Locanda Fiorita because they were doing repairs but they moved me to their sister hotel right next door at Bloom and it was incredible! Upgraded me at no extra cost and were extremely accommodating. The rooms were absolutely beautiful ( I stayed in the purple room). I would highly suggest any of their properties :)

The bathroom was not attached to the room so had to pass someone else's room to go to the toilet during the night, although not all rooms were like this and robes and slippers were provuded

We were upgraded to the hotel next door which was beautiful, the roof terrace with free prosecco was a lovely touch. The breakfast was exceptional with plenty of options, the bread and pastries were so fresh. The hotel is an 18 min walk from all the main tourist attractions so very central..

My favorite things are the quality of hospitality, wonderful breakfast and amazing view of the church in front of the hotel. We were late at the last check-in time, but the hotel staff is so kind to wait until 20 minutes after 11 p.m., and they even helped us to book a water taxi for our early flight. We are so grateful for all the kindness and service we received. Above all, the trip to Venice is really a beautiful memory for me.

There was nothing at the hotel which I did not like. I don't have any complaints.

The complete experience was awesome from arriving at the hotel, during our stay, the hotel staff could not do enough for us, and the location was perfect. The hotel gave us a bag of goodies at new year eve including wine. I would highly recommend the hotel for anyone.

It is not that I did not like it, I knew that I chose a very small single room with bathroom across the hall. The room is in fact very small but as I was barely in it, was not that problematic. I chose location location and something within my budget over a larger room elsewhere.

I loved the location of the property and the fact that it was located on a small piazza but very close to a larger one and close to the Vaperetto stops. It was very enjoyable having breakfast outside in October! I found all the staff very welcome and helpful. Very kind!
