Very limited bistro menu, and restaurant gets fully booked quickly. Also, the staff at the pool were not always very friendly and forth-coming. We had guests visit the one day and they were not keen to serve them food.

The view, our room and the location was perfect. The rooms were clean with a great size bathroom and a lovely large patio. The restaurant and food was amazing! Breakfast was also excellent!

My only criticism is the road up to the property. A lot of pot holes which is worrying when in a hire car.

Breakfast was well organised and simple. Beautiful start to the day. We ate at the Bistro restaurant a few times and the food was amazing. Particularly rate the Arrabiatta. The GF options were also excellent in both breakfast and dinner. We also had a free of charge facial treatment which was awesome.

The views and the food were exceptional. The restaurant is closed on Wednesdays, however the food in the bistro was still delicious. Probably one of the most stunning properties we’ve stayed at with the views of rolling hills over breakfast/dinner. The rooms were very comfortable and super clean. We had a very nice stay after a busy and hectic few days in Florence. Highly recommend staying here!.

Perfect romantic location, the staff is very friendly and available via WhatsApp prior our stay. Good recommendations for restaurants in the area. We booked the spa and it was lovely and the view very nice. They offered us a Chianti bottle for our anniversary. Thank you very much!

A fantastic location to discover the Chianti valley and Sienna. The hotel is really nicely decorated and relaxing with a fantastic view on the hills & vine fields. The bistrot is really good (book a table in any restaurant of the hotel). Castellina in Chianti and Radda are the closest villages on the Strada del Chianti with nice restaurants.

The area was fairly buggy, but that was not the fault of the hotel. They also charge extra for additional pool towels, which we felt should have been included.

The view from the pool was beautiful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was absolutely delicious and had some of the best food we ate in Italy - and they were also very accommodating of my many food allergies.
