The room was nice however some details need to be taken care of. Painting in the bathroom was a bit old and need refresh by the window and the joint in the bathtub. Those are small details and didn’t disturbed me much. Breakfast: it is nice and one thing need to be improved: quality of the bread. This was not at a highest standard and sometimes a bit dry. The fact that you can chose from the xard what you want to eat is great but a Buffet would have make me more happy. The first morning I got a good cake freshly done and the next days nothing. As well the personal doesn’t explain well enough how the breakfast is working. Regarding the evening restaurant: I didn’t try it because the card was not very appealing. You need to rethink it. I would have expect more traditional dishes with some modernity. Maybe it was there but by looking at the card I preferred to go somewhere else.

The property is extremely well located near everything and with an outstanding view. Inside it is very nice and the room are good and of a large size for Italy. The terrasse in the top is great but in my perspective they miss a point… offer Apero on the roof top when it is sunny… you would have more people taking a drink. The room in the back side (city view) was very quiet! I really did enjoy it. The staff was friendly. The food from the bar was great and big portion.

If you very looking for a swimming pool, gym and such like this was not the place to stay.

It was ideally situated by the waterfront close to Saint Marks Square, very comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the view from our room was sublime.

The hotel was in an awesome location right off the water taxi! Walking distance to all the tourist areas. Room was clean and bathroom was a good size. Would highly recommend this property!

We went for 5 days for our 30th Wedding Anniversary trip. I had wonderful helpful communication from a number of the staff prior to our stay. They adjusted a few things for me that I changed a couple of times to ensure it was a special occasion. The Hotel is in a superb location just opposite the San Zaccaria B vaporetto stop. The whole atmosphere is luxurious and the staff are all attentive, friendly and exemplary. We had breakfast every morning which was a great selection of cold pastries, breads, cake, cereals and hot food including eggs and sausages and bacon with fresh orange juice and hot drinks. We ate in the restaurant one evening and visited the bar every evening. The staff remembered us such that we felt individually valued. I paid for a lagoon facing room that was well worth the extra. The room was spacious, and the bathroom had a large 3 option shower. The staff ensured the room was immaculately made up at least twice a day. We had complimentary water and mini bar. The price is very fair for the location, quality of hotel and facilities and the staff service.

Breakfast was fast and delicious, service was excellent. Had an unfortunate issue with our air conditioner which was solved quickly with an upgrade, no questions asked. Pre-arrival discounted upgrade and extras offers were a very nice touch, took advantage of a couple. Loved the bar and bartenders were fantastic.

A bit pricey.

The location was perfect. It’s very near st. Marks square and it is right next to the canal. No need to drag your luggage around. Easy access to the water taxi and the staff are very helpful and courteous.

The restaurant was expensive for the food it served up in comparison to some of the other high end restaurants and also mid range restaurants we found, so although I would definitely stay there again, I wouldn't dine in.

Fantastic location, views from room, facilities in room, size and cleanliness of room and bathroom. Hotel staff were very attentive and the barmen were great. The grandiose of the hotel was outstanding.
