The shower was very small, cramped and slippery. People smoking in the dining area, while people were eating and trying to enjoy their dinner, was most unpleasant for us as non-smokers.

Our room with the balcony was perfect. Having AC was a massive bonus for the hot nights. The location of this hotel is great.

Not touristy, had it’s own little beach and we were able to swim safely. Easy access to other areas on the lake via bus, train and ferry which were very reasonably priced. Lovely lake view and balcony. Rooms very clean. Staff very friendly and lovely food. Just fabulous😁💕

The safe was broken and despite a request to fix it, nothing happened. Air conditioning was a bit hit and miss.

Location is great, right next to the lake, perfect view from our balcony. Big comfortable room with space. Parking lot was not that easy to find first but available in the garage. Restaurant is right next to the hotel, pre booking for dinner needed. Staff was kind and helpful, though quite busy. Great selection for breakfast. We could check out after 8 o'clock, at the restaurant cashier.

Not much 'touristy' information available in reception, such as bus times etc

Lovely quiet lakeside location. Fabulous views over the lake from the restaurant terrace. Food was excellent (both dinner and breakfast). Bus stop was close by so no problem getting around. It was about 20 minutes to Menaggio, from where you can get the lake bus to Verena and Bellagio.

We said we'd come and stay again but next time we'd pay a little extra and book one with a lake view. Our room was very nice but in hindsight one with a lake view would have been better.

Location - right on the coastline with a beach (gravel / stone) in front of the hotel. The hotel also has it's own private sunbathing area. Restuarant at hotel with great food. Reasonably priced too. There is another close by which we would use if staying more than one night. The views are stunning. Free underground parking with plenty of space. Water sports. Clean, modern and comfy. Fridge / AC etc. Not far from Menaggio either (by car). Check out / pay in the restuarant. Breakfast (included) was very good.

The room was very generous with terrace/balcony overlooking the beautiful lake. Very quiet location. Everything was hassle free with a big deal of flexibility. Staff could not have been nicer. Lovely food and atmosphere in the restaurant. Would go back in a heartbeat!

Very nice staff, perfect parking in a parking garage near the rooms. Beautiful scenery and a quiete place to sleep. The restaurant has a view on the Como lake wich is always beautiful. Been there before and it was just as good.

If you don’t get a room with a view to lake Como, then in my opinion, you should choose something else.

The people were very nice and friendly, they have always helped me and my mom if we needed something. The room was very clean and spacious. I also liked, that the hotel was very close from the places that I wanted to visit ( villa del Balbianello, villa Carlotta )

The breakfast could have more variety, the AC didn't work below 23 °C (maybe due to the energy crisis?) which is a bit warm to sleep for me. Luckily it was cold outside at night, windows stayed open all night...

The location is beautiful, the hotel is in a good shape, restaurant included and a nice bar right next to the hotel with nice cocktails. Parking for free in garage is possible.

With a room and terrace with view on the lake and mountains, we very much enjoyed our short stop-over on our way back home from Tuscany. Rooms were clean and spacious and sufficient parking is available on the premises. A wide choice of food for breakfast, however make sure you make your dinner booking timely if you prefer to sit outside with a view. Direct access to the beautiful lake for sunbathing and swimming.

good location, the hotel is right on the lake, so you don't have to walk up and down. good breakfast is included, which is also a great option. Bus station is opposite the entrance. restaurant downstairs offers a large variety of foods, that you can even bring to room or order. staff is really friendly. room is clean. all you need, you can find here

right on the water. great for little kids as well as there’s a little kinda sandy beach and a little playground right around the corner. it’s quite. clean. great view. great restaurant on the premises! great parking with my car full of water sport gear!
