Varied breakfast, the room was cleaned every day. Gianni is a super host, very attentive to the wishes of tourists. He recommended us places to visit. Because we left the location early in the morning he provided us the breakfast the night before. Bravo👏

The shower was very small.

The room was small and cosy. The breakfast was great, and exceeded expectations. My partner and I were upset that we missed it on the first morning of our 2-night stay. The location was slightly out of the city, but for us this was perfect as it was a little quieter and fit within our budget.

I could not get wifi in my room.

The room was spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The B&B was in a very good location across the road from the tram but also walking distance to the city. Very nice breakfast.

The room was a bit dated and in general the arrangement was a bit surprising. Basically the maison consists of a big apartment with individual rooms located in a building with more such hotels. So you need to enter the big building get to the 5th floor enter the hotel and then enter the individual room. For the money I think it should have been better. Also there is no bathroom available besides the ones in the rooms so if you come pick up your luggage after checking out you will not be able to use one. Also you need to expect some noise. Even though there are double windows you still hear the traffic and trains. Busy area...

We stayed for two nights and enjoyed the crowds of Florence 😁. Besides the dome probably not the best spot for a relaxed visit. There are just so many tourists. The hotel offered us a clean room and a decent breakfast at a distance of 15 to 20 min walk to the centre.

The B&B was perfect, very comfortable, cute and tidy, perfect location - 2 stops or 10 min walk to city centre, and the breakfast was good with classic Italian pastries, eggs, ham, cheese and fruit! Very happy with the experience

I stay 2 nights, but the towels had not been changed. My wife and I put it on the bed. When the staffs cleaned the room. They hanged those towels back on the rack, which confused me which one is mine, which one is my wife's which wasn't good.

Room is big. Breakfast is adequate. The owner is good as he promptly helped solving my payment problem and answer any questions very well. Appreciate it.

Hot water in the shower was coming on and off....other than that can't fault anything else.

The building is located around 15 minutes walk from the train station and easy to find. We really liked our room and all the personal touches put into it. Windows on a very busy and noisy road, but as soon as you closed it, you could enjoy quiet night (aircon in the room). Great idea with the mini fridge full of refreshments with reasonable prices as there was no shop nearby. Our stay included of delicious breakfast offering wide variety of choices and lovely cup of cappuccino made by our friendly host. Around 25-30 minutes walk to the sights of Florence, but what an impressive builds!

Perfect location if you are interested to visit old town and historical places. Very close to the railway station and easy to reach it by foot, so can enjoy visiting other places in Italy. Our room was very clean and good size with a nice balcony. Very busy street, but still able to enjoy glass of vine in late evening. Breakfast was good and nicely served. Team was very supportive

The room was really hard to ventilate and get fresh and cool air in it. For the summer it does have an AC but since it wasn't summer and it was just to freshen up the room, I did not want to use the AC.

The room was very big and had enough space for backbags, suitcases, etc. It was also very clean at arrival and they offered to clean it every morning which is not always included in other locations (especially when I was staying only a short time). The internet worked very well and the breakfast also had everything you could want from a B&B

The rooms are very large and clean. Check in process is simple and flexible. Breakfast was simple but has a good variety and the machine coffee they make for you is a nice touch. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Location is a bit out of the centre but easily walkable to all major sights. We would gladly return.

Sound insulation is not good. We heard everything from other rooms. Fortunately, we only had a problem of that kind on the first night, the other two nights were not noisy. Breakfast quite modest
