The room is from the side of the busy main road and is very noisy during the day and night. The smell in the toilet was disgusting even after the staff clean it and use some special product to drain it was still smelling. The signal from WiFi was not visible so no connection to Hotel WiFi.

We loved our stay! Not only were we received super kindly and supportively, are the rooms plain eyecandy but also could we lock our two bikes save and sound in the courtyard without any issues. It was such a joy - many thanks again!

Due to the nature of the converted palazzo, the doors are not the best for sound proofing and it can be a bit noisy in the room. This didn’t bother us too much though as we were up quite late and up early in the morning anyway.

The property is very well designed with a lovely courtyard that feels like a little haven right off the main road of via roma. The hotel is perfectly located between the vuccuria and via vittorio emanuele making it an ideal spot - most sights are less than a 10 minute walk away. Giorgio was also a very helpful host and we felt very welcome.

If you are a modest person in any way, be aware there are no doors in the bathroom.

The rooms and facilities were immaculate clean. The bathroom was very spacious, and the bed was comfortable. Although the area seems a bit gritty, the location is close to many good things to see.

Few amenities to fix which have been raised to the staff who promptly took the claims on to fix the issues and make the stay better for later customer, very good approach.

We had an amazing stay at Mamamia al Teatro Biondo. The location was perfect, with easy access to the city's attractions, and Gabriele - from the hotel staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. Our room was comfortable and well-maintained. Overall, a memorable experience, and we'll definitely be returning on our next trip to Palermo.

Excellent location, the bus stop is In front of the hotel and around 300 meters is the bus stop to go to the airport. The room has air-conditioning. The common areas are nice!

I would have liked some water. To drink . arriving late after a 20 hour travel day. And some coffee for the morning. the room seemed to have some coffee pods but no way to use them. no clean cups etc. my cousin gave me a glass of wine so i went straight to sleep but thirsty! If the tap water is ok to drink, let us know.

I arrived close to midnight Staff were in close communication and waited up for me. Fantastic restored villa with architectural flourishes like the ceiling to floor glass enclosed shower stall and split levels . character infused and welcoming.

Such a lovely terrace! Everyone is so very friendly and we absolutely loved the place. The beautiful stone walls, high ceilings, the colours, the rocking chairs. It was brilliant!

It's worth considering that the room features a no-privacy shower. It's huge and very stylish with typical tiles, but it's just separated by plain see-through glass from the rest of the room. We were a group of friends and laughed about it (it became the highlight of our stay), but I'd suggest this is better advertised in the ad.

The design of the room clearly stands out. It's modern and quite cool. The host offered a very warm welcome and made sure everything was right. The terrace is a bonus, and ideal to share a glass of wine.

- door of the rooms are original of the building and are a bit noisy - breakfast is not included but a very good café is available next door. It would be great if there would be a small discount for the host of the hotel.

- great unique location in an old theatre - very close to the bus stop and to main touristic areas - inner court that allows rooms to be away from the noise of the street

Our room was right on the main road which is loud. A courtyard room would have been preferred.

Giorgio made us feel very welcome and ensured we had what we needed for our stay. The place is conveniently located in Palermo to many of the sights and cool neighborhoods.
