The staff was very friendly and helpful, hotel very close to the beach- less than a minute walk although our room was on a ground floor and we couldn't see the sea. Delicious breakfast. We drove a lot around the island to see different places so the hotel was just perfect for what we needed.

Great location on the beach Spiaggia del Pellicano. Breakfast staff were excellent as were all the staff. Breakfast was great and the coffee top notch. Doesn't get a 10/10 as wifi was chargeable.

I liked the beach was a 2minute walk from the hotel. There were other beaches nearby also walking distance. Pittulongu is a quiet seaside town with a few restaurants scattered. To do shopping you have to take the number 4 bus to the centre of Olbia.

The bar wasn't well stocked only 1 brand of beer I was informed the suppliers were on strike.

Breakfast was lovely, a great selection to chose from every morning- cereals, pastries, mixed fruit, eggs and lots more.

No in-house restaurant or pool. Having to pay 25 euros for sunbeds/ umbrella. Needing to drive to restaurants for dinner and could only find one water-front bar open later in the evening which again required a car to get to.

Nothing to complain about, the quality and price are in balance and the staff are very friendly.

A very tranquil place with easy access to the beach and the 2 cantinas there. The staff is superb and very helpful. The rooms are clean and well sorted but don’t expect a modern layout. Breakfast is good and enough variation. Had a nice stay.

We stayed for one night to be close to airport. Good breakfast, great location (because it is right next to sea), nice staff. Also this hotel has private parking.

There is no noise insulation. You can hear every car driving down the street. The room is very old. The price is too high for such a hotel. Breakfast is okay, but for the money I would like to see better.

The only thing I would say and it is nothing to do with the hotel, is that there aren't many restaurants and cafes around the area. Pittulongu seems like it is still developing a little bit...

The property is literally on the beach, you're able to access it from the hotel back gate! and the beach is beautiful. The staff were very friendly and super helpful, helped me book a transfer to the airport. The free breakfast was also really good, I was surprised. The hotel was nice and quiet.

Really no problems - some aspects of the building are perhaps a little tired but this certainly didn't detract from a great holiday. Our only error was nothing to do with the hotel - we booked a hired car in advance for a week, picking it up at the airport. In fact we didn't need it for that long and should have booked one from the hotel, for less days and avoiding all the usual queues, add-ons and general hassle of airport car hire.

Comfortable, very clean, unpretentious hotel with delightful and very helpful staff. Ideally situated within a couple of minutes walk of excellent beaches, perfect for swimming. Several very decent restaurants and beach bars within easy walking from the hotel.

The pictures in the internet are deceiving. The first thing that irritated us was the car park. There is NO covering, as depicted in the pictures. It gets really hot. Park your car under the trees - full of bird poop in the morning. The bathroom is tiny, cramped and FULL of mosquitos. Why there are no mosquito nets is a mystery! The shower leaks. The whole night you are bombarded by mosquitos

Location is fabulous, right next to the beach. The beach is lovely to swim. Breakfast is very nice and they offer a good variety of food, great coffee. Bedroom was spacious and comfortable. The staff both at reception and on the beach were very friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel, friendly staff. Special mention to Juan on reception who recommended all the best places to visit in that part of Sardinia, which made our stay so enjoyable. Rooms were cleaned daily. Beach was about 20 steps, with beautiful clear waters. Wasn’t huge, or busy, just right for chilled atmosphere.

Very friendly personal. Although the exterior may look a bit oldish, the rooms are well renovated, clean and comfortable. The balcony is really a nice place to unwind. They have a private access to the beach with makes coming and going really easy and quick.

It rained a lot while we were there and was quite humid so the towels unfortunately got quite damp. It would have been nice to have some fresh ones but I’m sure they probably would have provided if we asked.

The hotel is directly on the beach. This time of year (May) was still very quiet and we explored all along the coastline and did not see other people. The rooms are simple but have everything we needed. The breakfast was a bit different each day and had a very nice variety. we really enjoyed it and the service was always very friendly.
