The sea view was really only visible from the bed because of the odd placement of the windows, a result of the remodeling of parts of the original building. When we arrived the room temperature was 27°C, and it required a fan to eventually cool it to a reasonable temperature.

Great Hotel located in an old Palazzo. Superb location with friendly staff and fantastic roof top breakfast. Trani is really a great place. A must see if you are in Puglia. Only 35Km from the Bari Airport yet peaceful and serene.

Location was excellent. Room elegant and well appointed. Parking good but the instructions were confusing. Possibly a poor translation into English.

The internet only worked for us when we stood outside reception. Never in our room. We raised it with reception but although they tried they were unable to resolve the issue.

The location was as close to the port as possible. It is very central and easy to get to. Parking was close by. Our room was a junior suite and overlooked the harbour. It was so beautiful to watch the sun set. The room was spacious and had a table placed to get the best view. The whole building is wonderful and emphasised security as well as privacy. I loved the fact that it had been a museum for coaches, a couple of fine examples are still there. The breakfast was served on the rooftop which further made the most of the view and the superb weather. Worth every cent.

Everything was fantastic, especially very helpful and nice staff! The facilities include constant access to the terrace with a great view and free coffee and water. The location is very central and convenient. It was one of the best hotels I have stayed at! Especially thanks to the warmth and welcoming that staff ensured every moment of my stay.

The most memorable stay during our journey in Italy. Stunning views, very central position, very welcoming staff at the reception. Catherina was extremely friendly, kind and made our stay exceptonal. THANK YOU. We got an opportunity to rent bikes and explore the seaside and Trani. Significant festival of St. Nicola was marked exactly on the days we were in Trani with a festive procession, live music and fireworks, so it was added value for us. Unforgettable roof-top terrace atmosphere, coffee machine and soft drinks served for free.Thank you for delicious breakfast with local delicacies. The place has got a very special SPIRIT of the history.

Parking was a little difficult as there was a lot of traffic. We found temporary parking and walked to the hotel where they very kindly parked the car for us.

Wonderful courtyard entry greets you before making your way to an exceptional size room with view of the Port ! Just loved our room bathroom all a terrific size unlike most tiny hotel rooms and bathrooms where you can’t swing a cat !

The roof top bar/terrace was closed and under renovation. We had not been advised of this by booking.com or the hotel. We may not have booked this hotel had we been aware.

The staff were amazing. Spoke fantastic English, always smiling and very friendly and efficient. The room was large, bed was comfortable and lovely shower. We also loved the free bikes and we had a fun time cycling to the beaches.

The roof top was closed which we didn’t know, so it was quite disappointing. The room was also located a little far away from the entrance which was not so convenient.

The location was beautiful and the view from the room. We had breakfast in the room which was a great additional service.

There is a design flaw in the bathroom. As the door to the bathroom opens (room Maestrale), it almost hits the cabinet in which the sink is located. When closing the door, my finger was squeezed and it really hurt! This should be fixed in the next renovation of the hotel. Also, lighting in bathroom could be brighter.

The person at the reception was extremely helpful, friendly and professional. The view from the room was exceptional.

The only minor issue was a small water leak from the ceiling of the room entrance.

Staff were exceptional- friendly, polite and always ready to please. The room came with a sea view as an upgrade- this was very much appreciated. Hotel location is also very good.

NO restaurant, no space for social gathering, no terrace, no garden, no bar, no leisure facilities at all. Essentially, a very expensive bed and continental breakfast.

The bed in our room was broken which led to a very uncomfortable night. They changed our room in the morning. The restaurant and bar on the rooftop was closed which was very disappointing. all in all a bad experience.
