Loved the staff..Michelle was such a sweetheart! Loved the facilities like coffee machine and free water filter but beds could have been more bigger and lights could have been more bright.

The spaciousness, bathroom, view over the street, complementary coffee and tea, also the fridge. Location is 3 min away from Colosseum and is well connected by buses and metro… it’s amazing.

The room is spacious and have all the facitlities, but the walls needs renovation because of the musty air. But apart from this, the accomodation is really nice, I would definietly recommend it.

The location is perfect, our host Michele is super helpful and friendly.

It would have helped for a small packet of information on restaurants and shopping within walking distance of the property. The closets smelled which made me not want to put anything in there. It was great to have a fridge and espresso but some silverware even if it’s plastic would have helped. As well as a bottle opener and wine opener would have been great. Even if they were in the communal area near the water refill area.

Compact but comfortable and fit for purpose. Great location - on the doorstep of the park opposite the Colosseum. Staff were really friendly and helpful - our shower needed fixing and they fixed it right away, and they also booked our cab for us on our way back to the airport. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

The fridge was a bit weak and very small. We didn't get the coffee refilled and the rooms we're not done again ( or at least re organized for the second night) the Air conditioner was nearly not felt even after asking for a repair.

The staff, especially Luca was good. The rooms were clean and the location was excellent. It was great value for money. The place was always kept quiet and I don't take it for granted since it's a small place.

Take earplugs if you're a light sleeper, walls are pretty thin;),.especially at night but I didn't mind.

The address is a bit confusing; odd and even addresses can be on same side of the street. Luckily, Luca was waiting for us and directed us.

First and foremost, the location is only a 15 minute walk from the train station - bonus!!! The room is clean and very large. Luca the host was there to meet us and speaks fluent English. He was super helpful and gave us tons of info on tourist sites and places to eat. There is a fridge so it’s great for storing snacks and drinks and we loved the water dispenser in the foyer. From a security standpoint, we felt very secure. There is a safe in the room so we were able to leave our valuables. The metro station is less than a 10 minute walk as well as the coliseum. Tons of places to eat within a a few blocks.
