Missed our flight so needed to stay overnight in Ciampino. Late reservation for 3 single beds in a room was not a problem. Reception staff nice and helpful. Room was well laid out and spacious. Breakfast available for a small fee

Breakfast was nothing special. Mainly sweet. Asked for an omelet, got scrambled eggs. Very hard to get to this hotel after arriving late at the airport. taxi is very expensive even though it is very near to the airport because of fixed prices. In the morning it was hard to get to the metro station with the bus because the bus just did not come. Ok that is not the hotels problem but for us a sign that next time go straight to the city center of where ever you need to go.

The bed was ok and we got a good night sleep.

The only downside of the hotel is also an advantage, which is the location. It is located in an industrial area near the airport, which makes it easier to reach the airport, but harder to reach places you may want to visit in Rome. The only nearby restaurant is MacDonalds.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room and the facilities were very clean. The hotel matched the description on the website and post was very representative. It is about 4km from the Ciampino airport, which makes it very convenient to spend a night before your flight.

Everything was ok, yet we faced one problem - it was impossible to book a taxi via the application in the early morning. A lot of cars were available around, but nobody was picking up our order. So if you are heading to the airport, book a taxi via the check-in desk in advance to save your nerves.

From the outside the hotel looks old and a bit shady, but inside it gets better. Nothing too fancy, but clean & nice.

Santecnic was a bit broken. Important - stay there only if you have a car, because the hotel is close to highway and it’s a long way around to reach shops, metro station, atm etc.

The hotel could provide small bottles of wine to buy on the room.

The receptionist was exceptionally kind given that the hotel was fully booked. He helped us with arranging the airport taxi and printed boarding passes for us. He was very polite.
