We had complains which we addressed via booking. Not even a reply. We addressed our complaints to the reception and were simply dismissed asking to refer to the manager. Unacceptable and unprofessional behavior both by receptionist and the customer support messaging system. Staff was ver nice and polite but the pool bar was as understaffed. The only guy did his best, and did he really great, but he was alone and this cause useless queues when ordering drinks and food. Thumbs up for the barman. Thumbs really down for the management as they did not seem to care about customers, nor for their own staff. Very unpleasant situation for costumers. Hoping for a new management more attentive to staff and customers.

there’s no resort fee on the breakdown of the fees, but we were charged an extra compulsory fee for pool as a resort fee. After I have paid the resort fee, I have asked for the welcome drink that included in the resort fee, the staff tried to explain the welcome drink is non-alcohol only. I don’t like about this unclear statement and the manner that trying to get away from it. Also there’s not much privacy of the room. There are constant staff and other guest passing by.

1. Checked in at 21.30, no one was available at the reception. Had to wait 10 minutes to be attended 2. Being told during check in that there is a 7 euros mandatory swimming pool charge per day per person. I’ve explained that I won’t be using the pool but was told, it is mandatory regardless of if I use it. 3. My friend decided to actually use the pool since, we had to pay for the charge…. Only to be told that she needed to have a s swim cap as it is mandatory too. Of course she had none, but lucky her, the hotel sells them for that very same occasion. 4. Room smelled like fried fish, was not able to get the smell out of the bungalow, at all!! 5. During check out, I was told that my credit card had not been charged during check in and that I needed to present my card again for payment. I gave it and was told this time that the receptionist will be recording my card details as she didn’t know how to use the payment terminal.

At €180/night we expected a luxury hotel, but the comfort was actually very poor... we had a small room with no window, with old, poorly maintained furniture. We were given old towels with holes in them and the breakfast buffet was much too small for the size of the guests, so we experienced long queues, especially for coffee... You were not allowed to take the food yourself, it was served like in a canteen.

We liked the view and the architecture.

If you are 'lucky' and get your room close to the pool you should expect a lot of noise till midnight at least. The resort seems to host groups of teenagers and they have multiple noisy activities in the pool/bar area almost every day (loud music, karaoke etc). You have to pay extra for hotel animations and pool access even you do not plan to use them (at least no one from the staff told me I don't have to pay this extra fee if I don't want to use it)

The breakfasts were exceptional, there was a huge variety of meals you can choose from, the location of the hotel was great, with a beatufull sea view from the terrace, the appartment was big and very nice, there was a lot of free parking space inside the resort.

We had a very good stay here. The breakfast was excellent and the staff very friendly. Our apartment was well positioned and comfortable with all necessay amenities. There are several parking facilities to use depending on where your accommodation is located.
