We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

you had to climb up two flights of stairs from the parking area at the street level to reach the check in desk, carrying suitcases. Exhausting.

Had booked 3 rooms for my family and myself and was charged on checking out for the small bottles of water which we thought were provided (4 per room) amounting to €24. There was no printed imformation in room

The green areas were in perfect state, the views of the sea are breathtaking, the room was clean and the staff was always present and nice. we loved our stay here, we would definitely come back and i suggest it 100%. Everything is exaclty as in pictures.

Sometimes in the morning there were a lot of kids running before our room but it was okay.
The view from the room and the breakfast terrace is amazing! The staff is so kind and helpful. The breakfast buffet is small but it has everything what you need. To get to the beach you need to walk for 3minutes - amazing! I really recommend this hotel and would pove to come back!

Bathroom shower too small and looked kind of dated, airconditioning is right on the bed and makes noise, its too hard to control the room temperature because its too cold or too hot (but it works so better than nothing). Breakfast was simple but okay. They charge parking 6 euro by day but we arrived in the afternoon and left in the morning and that counted as 2 full days..
Location near the beach perfect, roomsize is good for short stay, beds are comfortable, nice to have a breakfast and coffee, staff was kind

That the Hotel has no policy regarding noise, we were disturbed until midnight and our response from the hotel was that they wanted guests to enjoy themselves, well what about us? Who had an early start the following morning, I went down to complain at midnight and even the concierge was involved AND NOT AT HIS POSITION IN THE HOTEL and obviously did not report my complaint the following morning ,most other hotels that we have stayed at have a policy regarding noise

air conditioning heating was all controlled and not consistent bathroom was set up for disabled user but shower left the room wet all the time and heater in bathroom kept turning off little thing but charged to borrow wine glasses for one night with no glasses supplied in room at all.

There was only one factor that got into the way, ,allowing for such a low overall score on this property. We very specifically made a reservation for a room for two males with two separate beds. Ys, there were two separate beds, but only one queen size top and bottom sheet - thus making this a single bed. The issue is that I have a neurological problem and with my constant kicking and leg movements, this made for a sleepless night for my friend. my travel partner also the driver; we rented a manual shift car which I do not know how to drive. With only two hours of sleep he was subjected to driving the next day on torturous winding mountain road for four hours. I was very much concerned our safety. With no one at the desk to change our sheets, we were subjected to putting my mattress on the floor finally and sleeping without sheets. When. I explained all this to the manager the next day, she refused to make any adjustments to our bill. This was totally wrong and unacceptable.
We appreciated the property itself. The room was lovely overlooking the Mediterranean, it was well appointed with a lovely terrace in which we could take our aperitif. Breakfast buffet was quite good. The selection of food items was more than acceptable in all of the history of fresh and delicious. The location is ideal, a short walk to the water and well centered in the vicinity of the town.

The room on the sea side is very quite, except for the bell tower that can be heard in the morning. I would have liked the breakfast buffet to be more varied, especially regarding the savoury part but I appreciated to have found some lactose- and gluten-free options, mainly cookies.
The Location was very convenient because of the hotel proximity to the center of Varazze. The terrace on the sea side is definitely a plus, as it offered a beautiful and relaxing view.

Staff did not speak English at all After 8 am the cleaning started and sleeping was not an option. The walls to the other room are so thin that one could here the TV running in the other rooms The hotel has not bar or lounge Breakfast was very simple
