Was hard to get use gas stove, mold inside furniture in salon, you should collect garbage and thought it into container that in 5-min walk from the house. The checklist of things in the apartment at the end of guestbook made me fill that I should check everything around.

Apartment in 20-25 min walk from the beach, if it's good or not you should decide for yourself, however, in spite of this, there is green area, it's so refreshing to have a bit of nature around. The comfortable pillows in the apartment make for a great night's sleep - I always wake up feeling refreshed. Free street parking

Apartment is comfortable and has everything you need. 10 minute walk to the local beach or 30 minutes walk to mondello beach. Very clean. Excellent bakery called ganchi 10 minutes walk away. Local supermarket is very expensive. Bus runs every 30 minutes but not always on time, takes you to mondello. Carmello was a great host and I would recommend staying at mondello suites.

Although electric anti-mosquito plug was prepared, I’ve got some bites by mosquito’s.

Well cleaned and hygienic rooms. 700 m away ( 15min on foot ) to Mondello beach. The apartment is surrounded by quiet environment. The owner of properly is very friendly and quick reaction to the guest’s question.

It was great experience. The apartment situated in calm and beautiful place. We were amazed by the cleanliness of the apartment and all the details that the owner of the apartment Carmelo thought about (the kitchen is very well equipped, and he even left mosquito repellent, which made life easier for us). We really felt like at home. Also, it was very nice that Carmelo was always in touch and ready to help and answer questions. Ideal place for a couple!

The property only got sun on the patio, not indoors. This would be a big advantage in the height of summer though.

The location was quiet and scenic and only a few minutes' walk to the bus into Palermo. It was easy and free to park outside the property.

All technical defects were reported to the owner at his request at the end of the stay. There were no major problems.

Golden midpoint between beautiful Mondello and loud Palermo. Nice and clean room with a green patio. Well stocked kitchen, super comfortable and great bed. The neighborhood is very quiet and surrounded by a spectacular mountain. The folder prepared by the owner with all the valuable information about the area and the room was very helpful. It was easy to find a place to park. Those without a car will be helped by the bus line a few steps down the street. Recommended!

A lot of important facilities werenot available for example: water boiler, washing machine, microwave, etc. even some oil, salt and pepper for cooking ,weren't available . The property, weren't good aerated .it doesn't matter how long we leave the windows open, it had always smelled. The bed wasn't comfortable and the bathroom had no window .having a shower with a kid in the shower cabin was really difficult, as overall the bathroom was too small and we couldn't find any place to put our stuff on. The TV channels for non Italian were very limited.

The owner was kind and brought us new linens when my son throw up in the apartment (after a food poisoning) which would normally costs extra.

lack of mosquito net so if you want fresh air you have mosquitos inside that keep you awake all night, dirty dishes, dirty cabinets with dead fly on. when you charge people you should every now and then bring in a cleaning company to do a deep cleaning. The owner never showed up, as a host you are supposed to come and hand in keys and explain all the details and be HOSPITABLE. the host doesnt speak good english, at 16:00 we had to call him and ask for keys and after a lot of unclear english we realized the room was not cleaned(after the previous guests had left) he hadnt check if his cleaning staff has cleaned. so we had to leave for an hour and half so someone comes and clean. the kitchen has very very limited tools. the room doors are so thin you can hear everything. the location is not good at all.

Lots of Mosquitos with no bug spray, lots of noise ( I was woken up by the sound of leaf blowers and people passing in the yard with no privacy), Extremely bad wifi, Water coming from upper apartment leaking into our patio.

The towels were not changed. The air conditioner wasn’t working fine. We have informed the landlord about it but it has not been fixed. The last 3 days we slept without it.

Patio/ garden. We liked it very much that it was clean when we arrived there. We have got 2 bottles of water as a welcome 🙏 It was really helpful and nice with the book- guide which had all necessary information about Mondello.
