Carlo was an incredible person. He was very caring and helpful. I loved your house, it had the finest details and was amazing. The location is very nice. It wasn't a scary street, It was very close to the center/street. If I go again, I would choose Carlo's house again. I would definitely recommend it to others.

The only downside was having to climb the spiral stairway. However, even in this respect, Carlo was such an incredible gentlemen and helped us carry our luggage up and back down the stairs. Everything else was literally perfect and the entire experience was one of a kind.

Everything was incredible about this stay, and that's no exaggeration. Carlo, the property owner, he is so kind and accommodating. He was honestly the best host I could have ever asked for. Rome is such a paramount destination, but this stay made everything so much smoother for us. Great location, great facilities, great host, incredible price, and best of all, unforgettable memories - thank you so much Carlo! There are so many courtesies that come with this apartment, it's hard to mention them all in an orderly fashion, lol. Carlo stocked the room full of all the basics, not just toiletries, but literally everything, including robes! And, speaking of toilets: of all my travels and stays, this one takes the prize for being the best as it includes a built-in bidet sprayer! The kitchen is fully stocked with all the basics (i.e., pot, pan, spatula, scissors, eating utensils, large plates, small plates, drinking glasses, coffee cups, etc..), but also comes with some extras that aren't usually included with other similarly priced stays (i.e., espresso cups, 2x old-fashioned stove-top percolators (one small & one large), electric espresso maker (stocked with dozens of pods), 2x cloth kitchen towels, 2x vinaigrettes, seasonings, plain white sugar packs, and packs of brown raw sugar, etc.) Also, another key point about this apartment: there is a FANTASTIC grocery store that sits literally next door to the main entrance of the building. This was such a great asset, as they sell just about everything you'd want or need while staying in the city. We were able to save a fortune by shopping here and then cooking our own breakfast before leaving. They also sell a huge variety of wines and beer. They also have a butcher in the back. Fresh fruits and vegetables, and of course, water.

Carlo is the best host you can imagine. He made everything possible: storage of our luggage, because we arrived early, early checkout at the day we left (at 4:00 A.M.). The location of the apartment is perfect, at the heart of rome. You can reach all the major sights easily by foot. Besides that, the apartment is close to a bus station to get to Termini or around the city. The area is clean and safe. The apartment itself is tiny - as you can see on the pics - but perfect for a city-trip. Carlo made sure that you can feel comfortable and enjoy your stay. Coffee, tea, spices, Italien oil and vinegar. All is stored in the apartment and a small supermarket is right next next the front door. Perfect location, perfect host, perfect stay!

The stairs could be challenging for older couples as it is spiral with no lift.

Location was perfect....right near the Pantheon. Also best coffee in Roma round the corner.... Adan, was there to greet us and helped take our bags to the room. He was very very helpful. Cool water in the fridge, many coffee pods. Also, fantastic mini supermarket right next door...had everything and more that we needed.

Super central location and the loveliest host, Carlo. The apartment itself has great amenities, comes with a fully stocked kitchen and living space (even an iron and a small ironing board which I needed!), great water pressure in the shower, and fully working AC which was much appreciated in the heat. A cute small balcony with incredible views of Rome. The bed was super comfortable too!

Amazing little apartment, every detail has been thought thrugh. Carlo is an amazing host, talked us through the history of the building, the neighburhood and rome entirely- with tons of knowledge and grace. The apartment is exactly what we needed as a couple. It is worth to mention that the apartment is at the top floor of a 16th century building and no elevator exists so the stairs have to be taken in account. Carlo insisted on helping with our luggage going up and down which was a big help. I highly recommend this place

Carlo was an EXCEPTIONAL host! I have literally never written a review on here before, but was compelled to since Carlo went above and beyond at all times. He was very responsive to messages, accommodating to our every request, and did everything to make sure we had everything we needed. Property location was great and the A/C worked very well for a hot Rome summer. Great grocery store just below the building as well. Absolutely would stay here again.

Everything was amazing.

We had THE BEST experience with this apartment and the amazing host Carlo. He carried our luggage, recommended the best places in the city and booked us a cab to the airport in the end. He really made sure that we had the best stay possible in Rome. Location is perfect - it's right in the city center so we could walk anywhere. Big plus is that we could take midnight strolls to famous attractions when they weren't crowded with people. The apartment was spotless and comfortable with everything you could ever need. We appreciated attention to details such as leaving anti mosquito sprays and umbrellas at the apartment. We really can't recommend Carlo and this apartment enough.

Lots of stairs with no lift, not a problem for us but something to consider.

Room is perfect for a couple touring Rome. Carlo was very friendly and helpful, giving us recommendations for resturaunts and gelato as well as helping with suitcases and walking us to the taxi stop. Room was very clean and location was great. Highly recommend if you are coming in to Rome.
