Stategic position to visit the area, pool a bonus at the end of the day. For longer stay kitchen corner very handy. All rooms have access to garden or balcony, nice to have. We had mentioned we had a dog and they kindly call to check what we preferred. Breakfast good for short stays like ours, standard but nice overall, good coffee.

Just in comparison with other hotels we stayed at in Chianti this one has less 'charm' but it is still good value for money and clean and easy. The breakfast is very minimal.

Extremely bad and slow WiFi. Very weak equipment of the kitchen. In Chianti area there can not be missing wine glasses. Also there are missing other things as kettle, more pots, pot lids, bigger pans, etc. In our appartment there was not enough efficient aircon. And we had 40° C almost every day. It seems to be there is a need to add a cooling liquid or something like that.

Very good location, in the middle of Tuscany, quite short distance to every place we wanted to visit. Very nice and clean swimming pool. Spacious parking lot. Very accommodating personnel, who changed us the appartment without any objections upon our request. Nice and clean appartment, everyday room cleaning service.

Unfortunately the swimming pool wasn’t available as there was no water in it. A small bar and pizzeria would’ve been lovely and possibly a little goldmine.

The accommodation was good and we had a lovely room but there was nowhere nearby accessible on foot where you could buy provisions or go out to at the time of our stay, but that may be due to the pandemic. The staff were lovely and friendly and the continental breakfast was adequate.

Well maintained complex of villas with ground-floor apartments with large parking available. Spacious rooms. Close proximity to Pisa airport and downtown Pisa (approx. 10 min by car). Suitable for families with kids. Perfect start for a Tuscany trip.

The mattress was a bit on the too-soft side and my back problems were not happy with it. The bathroom radiator was not usable for towel drying (most probably due to summertime) and we dried our towels on the balcony (not a real issue). The WI-FI was available but very slow and I used my roaming internet for the moments I need (with difficulties since the area has quite poor cellular reception) - So an upgrade on the internet bandwidth will be recommended. One must be careful with the hot water - while the boiler is decent sized, two people can have difficulties making a shower one aft the other. But with some attention (shorter showers and not letting the water run senselessly) this shortcoming is not an issue. In the last days, we had a family with children as neighbours. While the children are children and we can understand the occasional (and normal kids) noise, the parents were talking really loud and made themselves even more noise. So the insulation between the apartments is not the best possible. We didn't bother requesting a new quieter room even if were possible.

We returned with pleasure to this wonderful location. While a bit far from various tourist objectives, the central location made Lucca, Sienna, Firenze and similar just at a good reach time. Nice large rooms, well fitted and with efficient air conditioning. The staff was polite and helpful and made a good impression. Since we travelled with our cat, they made sure that everything will be fine with cleaning but also with the cat. Travelling by car is the best option to fully enjoy the Tuscan beauties.

Water temperature in apartment was dangerously hot. Kitchen did not include the basics (salt, oil, dishwasher).

Great location close to several sights on the highway (superstrada), but the place itself is very quiet. Apartmants are suitable for cooking, balcony is comfortable for eating or having a glass in the evening and the pool is amazing in the garden.

- the shower head and hose were absolutely unhygienic. We asked the staff to replace them, which was done immediately. However, providing guests with such stuff is a no-go. - WiFi didn’t work in our room - for whatever reason you’re being forced to wear a bathing cap in the pool (they sell them for 3€ each), which was strange
