The parking in Park Antico is very expensive. We drove in almost 4pm and out before 10am and paid 34€. The apartment has no parking itself!

Location is perfect since we are goin for the MSC Cruise the next day.

On arrival, we had no kettle or tea/coffee making facilities as detailed on the property description. (This was promptly rectified following a WhatsApp message. ) Having a separate bathroom with a key to open and lock was not ideal. The rooms were serviced one day, but not the next? We did feel that the pictures of accommodation shown on booking.com were a little misleading, as it was not clear what room/apartment was being booked.

Location was fantastic. Bed was very large and comfortable and the room was clean. The bathroom was spacious, clean and well equipped. Good communication from the property manager.

We stayed for 3 nights, 1 before our cruise and 2 after. You have to be careful, they have several facilities. One is an apartment with 2 rooms, one with en suite bathroom and the other with a bathroom on the hallway. It is private, but still you need to get out of the room and go to your bathroom. We stayed in both, due to an error on Booking - still did not understand who's fault it was, as we had confirmation for ensuite bathroom for the entire stay. Both rooms are quite noisy. There is noise when people in the other room leave and when they use the hallway bathroom. There is also noise from outside, in the morning when they collect garbage and from the restaurants in the street which are just beneath the building on the first floor and in the street. The bathroom in the hallway is actually nicer than the ensuite. The later needs some refurbishment and update. The room w/o bathroom is quite small and you barely have space for your luggage. There is no fridge, only one in the reception and no glasses in the room. Overall, a decent experience, if you are not picky, but would definetely use ear plugs.

The location is great, 5 minutes away from the marina and the Aquarium.

The elevator (lift) keeps a nasty-stinky oddor that probably comes from underneath the building, and the elevator itself is a very small thing not good for a big guy! Although stairs are a bit complicated; signals with room numbers and arrows will do it for a straight walk to the rooms, specially for those who prefer not to use the elevator.

This is a very old building that has been very well preserved through time and owners. It is located in the heart of the Old Town, just a walk from the docks, a minute from the Genova Piazza Principe Train Station, seconds from taxi and bus stops, and surrounded by excellent restaurants, and in sipite of this, it is a quiet comfortable place. Furniture, walls, floor, and bathroom are clean, comfortable, and nice. Excellent relation price-product!!

Check in was very difficult. The signage is terrible. The check in desk is behind an unmarked door in a very windy building. It is marked "3rd floor" in the lobby, but be aware they mean American 3rd floor. Once you get to the correct floor, none of the doors are marked for the apartments. We had to call the number provided and they met us in the hallway. It's room 11, by the way, hopefully it will help someone else. The room was clean and location is excellent.

Difficult to find parking space! Had to park at the aquarium of Genova for the night. (I dont recommend parking on the street if you are not local)

Amazing place to stay! Room is nice, cosy and so comfortable! Two bathroom very clean! Appartement in general is very clean!. Landlord is very nice and helpful. There a lot of restaurants downstairs, habour is not far. ( 3 mins walk )
