One negative is that the place is very noisy when you open the windows. I also asked for more toilet paper because there were only two rolls, for four people. He just told me to go buy.

It was in a very nice spot, central spot, and generally has a nice aesthetic inside.

Few minor things - small elevator, bathroom would use some "fresh touch" but shower worked good and no problem with hot water. Bit noisy being on the busy main street (Via nazionale) but good windows - still recoment the earbuds if you have light sleep. Late check-out not possible but storage 500m away.

Perfect place for family, functional with all you need. Basic food stuff (oil, salt, sugar) that come handy for cooking. Location is good, grocery few steps away plus other shops/restaurants that are not so busy as the one closer to the attractions. Bus stop in front, proximity to attractions - 700m Fontana Trevi. 1100m Piazza Venezia, simillar to Colosseo. Same for train station - walking distance. Apartment on 4th floor has no balcony that you see on pictures but in November it didnt matter.

Shower is too small and leaks. We had to keep mopping up the bathroom floor after every use. Bed pillows and a few of the towels had stains. Not pleasant 😕 Owner needs to address these issues.

The size of the shower area was too small. Overall the apartment was very good but bigger kitchen area and bathroom could have been much better.

The host was very helpful he let us check in the apartment very early. The property was very close to bus station and within walking distance of Roma Termini. All facilities like super market, restaurants were nearby.

Just facts: Check-in at 16:00. Check-out by 10:00. There wasn’t toilet paper, the apartment wasn’t ready by the check-in time and we have to wait up to 40 minutes, once cleaning was over, we faced a floor which was wet and slippery. there were no coffee capsules although they were in the photo.

Just facts: good location, clean bed sheets, good smell, the owner provides soap and shampoo. I was able to pay buy card and got a receipt.

Please ensure Wi-Fi works. Shower was slow to drain. Had to shut off water every 10 seconds to ensure it did not overflow.

Check in process went really well. Very nice people even down to the lady who came to clean in the morning. Room was nice and very clean.

The apartment is a little bit beaten, it has not aged very well. Could use a new paint job and some renovations in the bathroom. The mattress in one of the beds needs replacement and the headboard was also in a rough state. There was a pillow with some disgusting sweat (? hopefully) stains. The cleaning needed a bit more care, found a bunch a hairs in the shower walls. It also lacked spots to hang the towels while drying.

The location is exceptional. Very central, close to the metro and lots of bus stops.

Even though it is “child friendly” and has a lift don’t book here if you do have a baby the entrance hall is so small u can’t fit anyone in Nevermind the size of the lift, we could hardly fit the stroller in folded up.

Internet barely worked and only in bedrooms. There was no area except the kitchen to sit and it was still difficult to do or even open the refrigerator. The coffee pot didn't seem clean enough to use and the sink area was tough to get to again because of the table taking up the space.

Great location close to public transportation, restaurants, and shopping. Bedrooms had good air conditioning. Glad to have elevator.

The location is excellent. A short walking distance to Trevi fountain, and Roma Termini station. The view of Nazionale street buildings from the balcony is beautiful.

Overall it was a pleasant apartment. It was quite loud but we did expect that being in the center of Rome and didn’t mind. There was mold in the bathroom and the toilet stopped working properly at the end of our stay. Even though the mold is not great, the apartment in general was well cleaned! We did only get two rolls of toilet paper for four people and upon asking for more were told to buy some ourselves. The check in was a little chaotic due to the fact that the landlord is not present but sends people from an extern organisation. The guy responsible forgot the credit card so we had to wait half an hour in front of the apartment until he got back, even though we were there on time.

Was really quite loud at night as its on a main road and seemed to almost echo! Didn't stop us sleeping but definitely something to take into consideration.

Lovely facilities, gorgeous master bedroom and balcony, location is just perfect - 15 mins walk from Spanish steps and 10 mins from Forum, 5 mins from Termini. We were met at the property and shown about - great service

The bathroom could use more storage. Also, I didn’t appreciate being contacted on WhatsApp. I would keep things a little more professional and just use Booking.com or leave a number to call for the guests.

The location is great. The station is close by and many monuments are just a few minutes away. The place is clean. Good value for money

There were a lot of things that need to be fixed to be called a luxury hotel, when we arrived it was not cleaned and the owner had a miscommunication with the cleaning service, only 2 toilet rolls for 4 adults, no kitchen towel in the kitchen, no extra towel for the shower when walked out of the shower cabin. If you want to use electric oven then all the electricity will switch off. You can hear the noise from the street, if you are sensitive with noise then it could impact your sleep, for us it was ok as we were extremely tired every day and it didn’t bother us.
