Location was amazing! Easy access to all the main areas to visit in Milan. Great restaurants around the area. The style and design of the apartment was excellent. We couldn’t believe how incredible it was. The host was the best host we’ve had in years. We would 100% recommend everyone to stay here. You won’t regret it.

Absolutely nothing!

Nicola is the best host you could ever imagine, super helpful and thoughtful and he made our stay in Milan fabulous. The loft itself is honestly one of the coolest places I have stayed at. So chic and super clean. The location is fantastic, tons of cafes, restaurants and bars close by. It also has a grocery store downstairs which was perfect because we really enjoyed eating at the beautiful dining table. I would recommend this place to anyone who is staying in Milan, it was a pleasure we got to stay at this beautiful loft and got to meet Nicola!

The fact that I had to leave this amazing home and that I spent too much money in the shops and restaurants close by!

This outstanding property was quintessential Milan. The exquisite interior was mind blowing. Every single detail was indescribable. The amount of love that Nicola and his partner have put into this property is incredible. I was a little concerned about sleeping on the downstairs bed at my age, but I've never slept so well and soundly. Nicola is an amazing host and went out of his way to help us with everything before we got there and throughout our stay. The location is incredible and was an easy walk to Duomo or you have the tram out the front. The local shops and bars were amazing. There is a grocery shop a couple of shops down, as are the wine stores and it is very cheap and easy to get taxi's anywhere from there. I would highly recommend this accommodation, as it is out of this world and not something you will every experience again. Such a special experience. Thank you so much Nicola. I have recommended your home to many friends. PS - the photos advertised are not as good as it is in real life! They depict the interior beautifully, but the ambience needs to be felt, seen and experienced. I can't thank you enough for an incredible experience.

The location of this apartment is outstanding. Right between the city center with the dome and the lively neighbourhood of Navigli. A charming apartment with a beautifully arranged interior. Everything was very clean and in good shape. The most outstanding feature though is the host, Nicola. He was so kind before we arrived, during check-in and while we stayed in Milano. Whatever we needed, Nicola was ready to help. Staying at this apartment rather feels like being hosted in the rooms of a friend. Thanks, Nicola!

The host went above and beyond to help us settle and be comfortable. He contacted us to see if he could help book restaurants for dinner! Great location, secure parking within very easy walking distance, apartment was stunning beautiful. Couldn’t be happier.

We couldn’t close some of the lights and there is no separation between two double beds, upstair and downstair. Not ideal for couples maybe haha

We loved Nikola, owner! That’s what’s so special about this property. He is such a generous and warm hearted person, greeted us like his friends and shared tons of tips about the city. We had a great experience visiting Milano big thanks to him! Secondly property design is magnificent! Nikola did such a great job, he said he was a designer for 15+ years and you can see it in the property! Ceiling is quite high and we especially loved the top floor. Bed is super comfy and it’s warmer upstairs. Colours matching with everything. Kitchen was full like it’s your own house, there was coffee tea biscuits.

Nicola (the host) was exceptionally friendly. We got so many great tips and he was available for whatever question you have. The accommodation was amazing, you could see (and feel) Nicola put a lot of love in it. It was very clean, and everything you need and even more was there. From the accommodation it is a little walk to the center. Tram, Metro and bus stops nearby. We recommend this apartment to everybody. Especially because of the personal touch of Nicola. The apartment was very special. Every need was met and every expectation exceeded. The decor was beautiful and filled with Nicola’s lovely personality. The location was perfect, with many eating options within a quick walk. Nicola gave us terrific and detailed recommendations for everything we needed. The elevator was not operating and Nicola carried all five of our bags up to the apartment and wouldn’t accept a gratuity. He provided several outlet converters which was very convenient, as well as toiletries and a beautiful fruit bowl, coffee, tea , pastries, everything to make us feel comfortable and at home. The apartment was sparkling clean, the beds and bedding lovely and the heating was perfect. All Nicola’s instructions were clear and understandable, with many photos and videos to make doing everything around the apartment easy. Nicola’s thoughtful touch was evident throughout. I can’t express enough how wonderful our stay was.

The apartment is in a very central location, so we were able to walk to most of the places we wanted to visit. We liked the design and decoration, retro style with a lot of details. The host is very kind and attentive, from before our arrival and until we left. We would definitely repeat!

There was nothing for us not to like, everything was brilliant !

We loved absolutely everything. Exceptional welcome from the host Nicola to the clean and cosy apartment. The apartment it self is very close to the city centre with great travelling links in case you are planning to visit Lake Como or any other destination around Milan. Nicola is a wonderful person provided us with recommendations for places to visit and restaurants to eat. Thank you so much for everything ❤️

We loved having a bunch of pillows but after a couple of nights my neck hurted a bit. Maybe having 1 extra very good pillow would be nice. :) Just as an advice!

very kind host, perfect location, treats were provided, very clean place, nothing bad to say!!! All products in high quality (soap, plates,...). Our host waited for our arrival, gave loads of recommendations for restaurants and must do's.

If it was possible to give 10 stars that's what this place would get! Nicola was the perfect host going totally over and above to welcome us, show us around and even help with a tour of the city. The apartment is utterly charming, everything you could possible want and more. So quiet you would never know you are almost in the centre of the city.

Absolutely lovely and charming Appartment. It’s vintage at its best , with all the modern comforts. The apartment is really artistically done up by Nicola. Nicola your artistic touch is evident in each and every knook and corner of the house. And your a wonderful host, kind of you to help us with our baggage. When one enters the apartment, one is greeted by bouquets of fresh flowers, huge bowl of fresh fruits, bottle of wine. There is tea, coffee, water, bread, and many other goodies. The air conditioning is excellent, shower is good, plenty of soft towels. The additional WC is a bonus. The beds, pillows, duvet all perfect. We were a family of 3, so the extra space with a double bed in the loft gave us lot of room. Highly recommend this apartment.
