We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomWe wanted to rent a car for a few days while we were there and the hotel said they are working with someone, so we rented a car with a company called G.rent which turned to be a big scam and we ended up paying for a lot of car damage although it had nothing to do with us. For example they said someone tried to steal the car because the door keyhole was tampered with, although not visible and when they gace us the car they haven't tested that, they just opened the car like you do - with the electronuc car key. I could go on but the point is - don't recommend going with the hotel's car rental recommendations. Best thing - use a bigger company from the airport. Another minus is that there is no music or any kind of entertainment or spa services, but it is also quite relaxing when it's so quiet.
A big plus is that the location is great as you are in walking distance from a lot of different beaches. Principe beach is the most esquisite, but all of them are absolutely amazing. There is a good restaurant just next to the hotel which is very handy if you don't feel like driving around for dinner. Very clean rooms and overall had a good experience. Breakfast was good, we stayed for 10 days and everday the menu is more or less the same, but there are plenty of options for all tastes - eggs, coffee, cereal, cakes, fruits, yogurt, cheese ham, pancakes etc., all good quality ingredients. Staff was nice and helpful and overall it's a very quiet place, very tranquil.

SwedenI do appreciate the quiet atmosphere of the hotel. We felt as if we were located in the national park. At the same time a few of the most beautiful beaches of Costa Smeralda were reachable in the walking distance. The staff was friendly and helpful.

United KingdomWe had a room around the pool, and the lights outside were on all night which was hard to get to sleep with on. Also, the shutters unable to close to block out the light which was annoying but we hot use to it after a few days.

The hotel is very clean and in great location - 5 min and 25 min to the best beach in Costa Smeralda. The breakfast was Ok, coffee very nice. We loved the staff - those people are genuinely helpful, always smiley with a good attitude. No fake attention - this is hard to find it in those times. The staff is simply excellent. Also a big plus is quiet perfect temperature air conditioning. We slept very well. The hotel is very quiet and there is no entertainment but we were ok with it. I would recommend to everyone! :)

Walking back, I wasn't paying attention, and there was no signage for the hotel in that direction, so I walked a mile past the hotel, so pay attention when walking back from the beach
