A pearl in Costa Smeralda!

We wanted to rent a car for a few days while we were there and the hotel said they are working with someone, so we rented a car with a company called G.rent which turned to be a big scam and we ended up paying for a lot of car damage although it had nothing to do with us. For example they said someone tried to steal the car because the door keyhole was tampered with, although not visible and when they gace us the car they haven't tested that, they just opened the car like you do - with the electronuc car key. I could go on but the point is - don't recommend going with the hotel's car rental recommendations. Best thing - use a bigger company from the airport. Another minus is that there is no music or any kind of entertainment or spa services, but it is also quite relaxing when it's so quiet.

A big plus is that the location is great as you are in walking distance from a lot of different beaches. Principe beach is the most esquisite, but all of them are absolutely amazing. There is a good restaurant just next to the hotel which is very handy if you don't feel like driving around for dinner. Very clean rooms and overall had a good experience. Breakfast was good, we stayed for 10 days and everday the menu is more or less the same, but there are plenty of options for all tastes - eggs, coffee, cereal, cakes, fruits, yogurt, cheese ham, pancakes etc., all good quality ingredients. Staff was nice and helpful and overall it's a very quiet place, very tranquil.

Wasps bothering at breakfast area, no tea making facilities in room.

Cleanliness, peace and quiet, great facilities and lovely hot showers. Beautiful breakfast room with great varied breakfast, comfortable sun beds, respectful people.

I do appreciate the quiet atmosphere of the hotel. We felt as if we were located in the national park. At the same time a few of the most beautiful beaches of Costa Smeralda were reachable in the walking distance. The staff was friendly and helpful.

We had a room around the pool, and the lights outside were on all night which was hard to get to sleep with on. Also, the shutters unable to close to block out the light which was annoying but we hot use to it after a few days.

Value for money. Would rate this a 3 star hotel not 4 but overall a lovely stay.

Location was wonderful. Close proximity to beaches and some great restaurants (less than 10 min drive)

The number of umbrella is not enough around the swimming pools. For the planet, it whould be nice to have an automatic shutdown of the air conditionning during the day.

The kindness of employees at the reception is a real value. The rooms were always clean .

Very helpful staff, superb buffet Brekky, extremely clean! Great gym with a reformer machine - I loved!! Good spot surrounded by the most beautiful beaches in Sardinia.

Very peaceful and quiet with lovely helpful staff. Good location within easy distance to lovely beaches although you will need a car to head to restaurants but this wasn’t an issue at all. Very clean, comfortable and the breakfast was great. Highly recommend!!

The hotel is very clean and in great location - 5 min and 25 min to the best beach in Costa Smeralda. The breakfast was Ok, coffee very nice. We loved the staff - those people are genuinely helpful, always smiley with a good attitude. No fake attention - this is hard to find it in those times. The staff is simply excellent. Also a big plus is quiet perfect temperature air conditioning. We slept very well. The hotel is very quiet and there is no entertainment but we were ok with it. I would recommend to everyone! :)

A bit of a walk to the beach. you could drive and park pretty close, but I chose to walk. The beach was nice, pretty and clean. Walking back, I wasn't paying attention, and there was no signage for the hotel in that direction, so I walked a mile past the hotel, so pay attention when walking back from the beach

The staff at breakfast were great, as well as the manager at the front desk. Breakfast was good, varied and plentiful

You really need to have a hire car as it's problematic getting to restaurants all the good ones are some distance away so a taxi will cost you €50 return. Public transport limited.
