Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

Czech RepublicSometimes the street under the hotel was loud (cars, ...), but only sometimes. In the night it was OK.
Our host Roberto was super helpful. Breakfast was local and exceptional. Room was clean and OK Location was superb, next to the main square with all different coffee shops etc. The main plus were bus stops near the entrance to the accommodation. All people around the hotel were super nice and friendly.

AustraliaHad a superb stay at Nido Verde. Roberto was very helpful and hospitable from advising how to get to the BNB from Napoli to checking in daily regarding itinerary and providing advice on how to get there or recomendations for things to do. And he would also check in to see how the day was upon return. At the end of my stay he even drove me to the bus stop to catch a train to Sorrento as that bus stop was further out than the bus stop to Amalfi. The room was clean and comfortable and it was nice to have a balcony to look out from and some air. The breakfasts on the patio in sun or shade were delicious and a great way to the day. The BNB is in a central location in Bomerano with a variety of restaurants and the bus stop to Amalfi a short walk away. It's also very close to the start of the Sentiero degli Dei hike to Positano which I would highly recommend. There was even a festival going on in town one of the nights and it was a lot of good food and music. Bomerano is more peaceful than the other larger towns on the Amalfi Coast like Positano and Amalfi so it was nice to return to after the hustle and bustle during the day. Would definitely recommend this place to those looking to explore the Amalfi Coast.

EgyptThe location is very central. The shops around were less touristy so everything is cheaper there. However the only way to get to the other places like Positano, Amalfi, Ravello, Praiano.. was with the Sita Bus… unfortunately the bus was controlling our time too much because of the schedule. we were better off with a car. Its more expensive but its worth it. Its a beautiful drive anyways and you’ll find yourselves wanting to rent a taxi which is super expensive. Avg. 35 minutes drive to anywhere on the coast. Rent a car its a bit stressful but take it slow its doable!
Roberto was the most helpful person in whole of europe. He knows everything in the Amalfi Coast. He guided us through everything.. beaches, hikes, restaurants, transportation, and everything. He helped us book a car. Everyday he prepared amazing breakfast for us. Lastly, if it wasn’t for him we would have surely missed our train in Napoli. SUPER HOST! Rooms were clean, bed was comfortable, and a safe place.

United KingdomIf I had to say one thing, the pillows were thin but I didn't look in the wardrobe or ask for another (for which I am sure there would have been one) so this is not a criticism in the place itself, I just seem to have to write something in this section!
Roberto the owner was in touch before we arrived. He was helpful with bus times from where we were travelling from. The bedroom and bathroom were very clean. There was soap and a hairdryer which is often not provided in other places. The breakfast was delicious and a good choice of food. The other people who worked there were also very friendly. Roberto sent us suggestions of places we could walk to, as apart from the Path of the Gods, for which this accommodation is very well located for, we had not made any other plans. The town itself is small and a really pleasant place to stay.

SwedenVery kind and helpful owner who give us many useful tips, which we followed and never regretted, and even offered to take us to the airport in Naples when it turned out that the buses are not available. The service at breakfast was very a tentative and generous, and breakfasts itself where very nice and served outside.

IrelandLocation is not perfect. A bit far from the coast and buses are not very often. Considering the hotel prices in the coast , that looks acceptable.

IsraelI just missed an option to have tea in the room. When I’ve asked for it, the owner immediately made some for us, and said I could come whenever I want and make tea myself.

FranceThis is how a small guest house should be run. It's quite a hike up the mountain to Agerola (and we were on a scooter), but it's a pretty little vibrant town and worth the effort. Roberto made us very welcome - just the right amount of his unique personal touch. Not too gushy, not too distant. His nutritious cooked/continental breakfasts were served on the large terrace at the front of the property with the aplomb of an experienced waiter. His young son Nico may make his presence known - quite a little character! Go visit - it's off-the-beaten-track for a regular tourist, but you'll be rewarded by seeing the true Italian way-of-life : loud discussions, much arm-waving and great food in the nearby restaurants.

The hosts were so lovely and welcoming and went out of their way to give us tips and directions and even took us in to Naples on their Sunday when we realised there were no buses. We loved the location and the nearby restaurants were great. The room was very clean and spacious and we felt we got great value for money with the breakfast provided.

BelgiumAn amazing place! the breakfast is awesome - self-made with a lot of love and from their own harvest (including fresh fruit from their garden & self baked cake). you will not leave hungry. we couldn’t stop eating their figs (which must be the best in the world). perfect location if you’re interested in hiking. the street down to the sea is a beautiful ride with great views. easy parking around the house. he was so kind and available. we got some great recommendations, also for our further trip. on top of that we were lucky to be upgraded to a bigger apartment as he was fully booked. we felt very comfortable and would 100% come back!
