We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Super nice team, great value for money, superb location right at the lake and with loads of restaurants around. Very quiet, cozy place in the middle of the village. Breakfast was very good at a very reasonable price.

We took the train not realizing that you only get within 8-10 Km of town and when we arrived at the station there was no one there to help with taxi etc. ALL the hotel owners in Verbania should get together and figure out how to get folks there and out again. Not free though. Bus to airport worked fine but was 25 minutes late. That morning the front desk person was 10 plus minutes late opening up and seemed a bit dishelved. We were catching a flight from Malpensa but had built in some

The restaurant la Tentazione belonging to the hotel is top, most probably best dinner in Pallanza. The lake view from the balcony of our spacious room is top. The lobby personnel helped us to solve a car problem by finding the only car type agent with very competent repair services in the entire region the Italien part of the Lago Maggiore..

SwitzerlandI love the place and the staff incredibly friendly but unfortunately the room the soundproofing was really bad, I could hear all noises from guess outside the room and I don’t complain that much about it but it was a lot of noise, but for the rest everything was just perfect.
