Rooms are a bit warm, making to have to open the window where there is much road noise.

Breakfast is always plentiful with lots of selection and fresh items.

Location outside the city. Staff sometimes were quite rude and the restaurant menu was quite limited

We only stayed for a night as we had a concert nearby the hotel's location. The staff were very friendly throughout, check-in and check-out were relatively fast and we were over the moon that they offered gluten-free options for breakfast. Highly recommend!

The room temperature was very high and the airco did not work. Only way to cool the room was to open the window, which gives a lot of noise, Breakfast was simple but OK, not completely what I expected from a Novotel.

Hotel rooms are nice, sufficient space but you can see there is some lack of maintenance which makes it look slightly outdated. But OK for a short stay. The location is perfect close to LInate Airport and with the tram you get to the Plaza dell Duomo in only 20 minutes for 2,20 Euro. Tram stop at 100m from hotel. Immediate surroundings of hotel is not attractive.

Very nice property, well maintained and clean. Good, friendly staff giving timely help, including arranging of taxis. Slightly away from main Milan city (say like 15 -20 mins by Taxi) but some restaurants and grocery outlets were available near by. Rooms were spacious enough and clean.. Breakfast had enough options in a good private restaurant inside Overall , Value for money

The bar prices were very expensive. 8 euros for 125ml of red wine and the bar man refused to top it up and we spent alot of money at the bar. So bar staff were rather miserable.

Hotel is ideal if your visiting Fabrique Nightclub for any concerts. Clean hotel. Reception staff very nice, housekeeping was very good. The fact you could open the window in the room was good as the hotel was so hot.

First of all, the moment we entered the room, we noticed that the trash was full of garbage. Secondly, it could be seen on the website that the hotel provides shampoo and shower gel. Unfortunately, both bottles were empty in the bathroom.

We chose Novotel because of the location that is so close to Fabrique. Very convenient if you are about to go to an event there.
