The entire staff were extremely helpful. We consider going there for a summer vacation because of the excellent location, facilities and staff.

It was beautifully presented. The apartment was spacious and clean with modern furniture. The staff were so helpful and friendly. My flight from Pisa had been cancelled on the Saturday and I couldn’t get another flight until the Monday so I stayed at Orchidea for two nights. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly. Alice even arranged a car back to the airport for me! Also the restaurant just down the road was was excellent! Sometimes when you travel things go wrong. Orchidea and their lovely staff turned a disaster into a two extra days holiday in Italy. PS to the lovely guy who drove me to the airport - I will learn Italian now!

The manager at the reception, Alice, was making this stay wonderful for us! Thank you for all your kind assistance during the stay. She was also preparing a birthday welcoming surprise 😀😀. Moreover, it is very clean and you miss nothing, you have enough towels etc.,The beaches are very nice, sandy, clean. Very nice Italian Restaurant in a view walking minutes distance.

Great place, very clean and modern furnished. Very good location, close to the beach (5 min. of walking), walking distance to the shop Conad (500m), centre of Tirrenia (1,5 km). Mrs. Alice is very nice person, friendly, very helpful and always in a good mood. Apartment was spacious enough for 4 people and we had a room aside of the building, so there was not any noise from the street. Very good location for short trips to Livorno and Pisa.

AC unit in living room didn't cool the room as well as AC in bedroom. When travelling with infant, bedroom and shower could be slighlty bigger.

Staff was really super friendly. Apartment was clean and modern. Free and clean baby bed. Free parking around the building.

If you are travelling without a car there is only one bus route here and no one in the night. Be ready to use taxi to get there if you don’t have your own car.

Large apartments with sea view and kitchen was very comfortable and useful. Managers in the hotel was responsive to the guests. The hotel has its own parking places.

Great place, a private beach right across the street, a public beach 10 min walk. Spacious apartment, comfortable for 2 adults + 2 children or 3 adults. A/C working in both rooms. Wonderful host Alice.

Heavy traffic on the road in front of the apartment house. It was a bit problematic to connect on wifi. We lacked wine glasses in the apartment.

It was a great stay! I was surprised with the apartment. It was very clean and nice!! The hosts made our short stay very relaxing. They were always trying to help and make us feel comfortable. I forgot some food at the flat and when I returned to try to find it, everything was inside a bag in case we returned. Alicia (from the reception) was excelent! She had such a good energy as a person. Made us feel relaxed as soon as we arrived.

I liked the host first of all, Allyssa is an amazing person, the best host I ever met. And the room was exceptionally nice, plenty of space, everything new, all you needed was there.

The listing said it had a microwave but it did not, it had an oven.

The room was extremely clean and very nice, seems to be newly remodeled! The room was very large with lots of closets. The kitchen has all the essentials for cooking, utensils, pots, pan, oven, and we were able to cook dinner in the room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was walking distance to restaurants, a small grocery store, and the beach. It is easy driving distance to several other Tuscany highlights like Pisa, Lucca, and San Gimignano. The parking was a bit tight but there was always a spot. Overall I very much enjoyed it and would stay again!
