Stiff neck. Lousy pillows. Need to have 2 pillows per person as the pillows had no supported.

The location of the hotel is just perfect. The view from the room was breath taking. Great breakfast in the morning with very helpful staff. Definitely will go back to stay here and enjoy my peaceful time. Thank you so much.

It was dark when I arrived at the hotel and seemed absolutely deserted. No concierge / staff I presume because it was at the end of the summer season. Felt a bit isolated but that wouldn't stop me staying again!!

Super clean, warm, and cosy room, with a nice balcony. The entire hotel is really cool and well laid out. Breakfast was absolutely fabulous with lovely staff. Wish I could've stayed longer!

No one was based at the property, checking was at another hotel a couple of miles away.

The property turned out to be great, very comfortable, quiet and a great breakfast. Parking was also great.

You need to check in at another hotel, okay. But the reception was clearly understaffed, so it was 30 minutes before I got my key card.

The only thing I missed was tea/coffee in room.

The view from our room was just dreamy! Location was perfect, some 700m away was funicular into the mountains with wonderful hike roads. The hotel is with fun modern design using natural materials. The breakfast was minimalistic, but nevertheless tasty and from fresh local ingredients. The staff was friendly and nice. I enjoyed the opportunity to use pool and sauna facilities in the nearly hotel Bella Vista. Also the dinner in hotel Bella Vista was really tasty and nice.

everything was great

We were on motorcycle tour on Stelvio. The hotel's position is ideal for the Stelvio tour. The hotel is brand new and it's worth every penny. The rooms are excellent, the bed is great, the breakfast is a marvel, everything is perfectly clean and the bath products are great. the dinner was great in Hotel Bellavista in Trafoi.

Beautiful picturesque location. Staff very friendly and helpful. They even picked us up and dropped us back for our evening meal at the main hotel.

Limited dinner options nearby. A bit far from the sister-hotel (check in, pool), only accessible with car, 1 km.

The hotel feels unfinished and potentially it really is. I understand and value the industrial building style but it felt weird that walls are not painted nor covered. You will get used to it though. Also it can feel a bit abandoned and dark when you arrive during the night and the neighbours did not arrive yet. Still I would truly recommend this hotel!

We chose this hotel as it is literally on Stelvio Pass and we wanted to go for a great drive before the crowd. However it offered way more then we expected. We received very warm welcome at Hotel Bella Vista, where you should go for check-in. The view from the mountain facing room is really breathtaking. Due to the large windows you can feel like you are resting the middle of the nature. Our room was clean and super spacious. The breakfast was also very tasty with great variety and the staff was super friendly.

Check in is in main hotel 1 km further down the road it is not that far, but after a long ride not very pleasant. However the nice staff and beautiful stay make you instantly forget it.

excellent place. Bed was comfy and shower was great. They picked me up and took me to their parent hotel for dinner (no restruant on site) which was spectacular. Breakfast in the morning was good.

I arrived too late for the checking so in fact I stayed in the Bella Vista Hotel nearby and it was an amazing experience! People were so kind, service was excellence and location amazing.
