This is more my fault but there were 2 twin beds which wasn't ideal for my partner and I. However, that's probably an error on my part when booking it but just as a caution.

The receptionist staff is there 24/7 which made me feel very secure. The location was very close to the train and in a different part of town that had a lot of restaurants and shops so you got to experience a different neighborhood in Florence while still being a short walk to the Duomo and other main attractions. The wifi was really good here and there were places to hang out at the hostel.

Definitely the nicest hostel I’ve stayed at! The whole place was surprisingly beautiful and spacious. There was fresh water, juice, and coffee available at all times. Bed and shower were both good in the private room. It was surprisingly quiet for being in a central location - the windows do a good job insulating the sound. The staff were SO nice, definitely stood out to us.

There was no breakfast included only tea and coffee. There was no boiling water either, only a hot water dispenser- not hot enough to make a soup.

The spacious dining room was open late so you could bring your food anytime. The best part was the lovely courtyard garden with seats, trees, statues and a fountain, which was a welcome change as Florence, sadly, is not a green city :( The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hostel was clean, the dorm had a private bathroom, tidied regularly. The location was great, 5 mins walk from Santa Maria Novella station, 10 mins from the Duomo

An oasis in the middle of the city. In 10 minutes walking you’ll be in the Duomo in 12 in Piazza della Signoria and in 15 in the Ponte Vecchio. Super close of the train station if you arrive to Firenze by train and also at 7 min walking from a tram station with direct line to the airport. Added to that, if you just want to relax after a long sightseeing journey, you can enjoy the patio and read a book or just chill with the fountain and bird songs. Thanks for the hostage! ✨

The sockets! Not all beds have type c sockets, my bed only got a usb port to charge so sometimes i have to ask my roommates if i can use the one near their beds or just charge downstairs in the dining area.

It’s very close to the city center and firenze snm station, walkable by a few minutes. They have a dining area where you can get free coffee and cold water (from a dispenser) all day. The rooms are also nice with bathrooms inside as well as one outside. The lockers are big and can fit my luggage.

Nothing, it was great value for money and what you could expect from a hostel. Bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper!

It was well decorated, clean and had all facilities. The terrace was a nice surprise too. Stayed in a 6 bed dorm and it was very respectful. The staff were lovely, especially when a delayed flight meant I arrive at 2pm! For how much I paid I was plea fly surprised.

Location is the biggest advantage of this place. I also liked terrace and the variety of common spaces where everyone can just chill out. Dining room was super nice with free coffee, hot chocolate, tea and some other beverages. I had 6 people room, it was quite comfortable as it can be with such amount of people. Everything was clean, I just didn’t like the lack of curtains to make my bed a little bit private and lack of towels included in a price. The staff was super nice and after all I had very pleasant stay.

Distance between lower and higher bunks, couple of small heats on the head as a result. At night air was stale in the room, and you can't open the window to freshen up since windows were on the street and it was loud sometimes.

The location is great. To sleep bed was good enough, lockers in the room are good size. Hostel staff is friendly and responsive in communication.
