Beware the street outside can be quite noisy at night and if you are a light sleeper don’t forget to bring ear protectors. I wish they offered fresh fruit at breakfast. The reading light in my bed was not working and they were not able to fix it during my stay, which was a pity.

I travel often to Trento for work but on my own expenses, and this is my fourth time staying here. Great value for money, the shared rooms are spacious and the cleaning has improved a lot since my last visit. You can tell management is on top of the comments received and are always improving the facilities and services - breakfast, bed sheets, a new “library” etc. The staff is young (i.e, sometimes they lack authority to make accommodations) but they are friendly. I highly recommend this hostel.

It's a simple hostel that just works. The facilities are not the best but hey is a cheap hostel with everything you need. The breakfast is excellent and the stuff is nice and super helpful. It's located next to the train and bus station.

There isn’t much of a kitchen/dining area, only a fridge, a microwave, a kettle and a table with few chairs.

There's still need to keep maintaining the conditions in the shared bathrooms, as the shower is still not draining properly (though improved from my last visit).

This is my third time in the shared dorm, and I can see a clear improvement in the facilities and cleaning, much appreciated. There has been some fresh fruit (apples) added to the breakfast options, which was great. Cleaning frequency has incresed and this definetly shows in both the room and common spaces. Specially in the common area, they now have cuttlery, dishes, and glasses as well as cleaning material at our disposal, so we can enjoy our meals and keep the area clean and organized. Well done.

The cleaning seems to have worsened since my last stay, both in the room and common areas. The water was not properly draining in the shower, which was annoying and left a faint smell in the bathroom. I wish they'd increase the frequency of cleaning the room bathroom and changing towels, because once a week is clearly insufficient for a shared dorm with high guest rotation. I also wish they'd offer simple fresh fruits to improve breakfast (like apples or oranges).

My second stay at a shared dorm, I stand-by my first review: good value for money, the room is spacious and well organized and equipped. Great location, near the train station and with a supermarket next door. Breakfast is good enough. Management has recently invested in a new fridge for the common-kitchen area which is great.

Cleaning needs improving. Towels are not included so I brought my own but on my last day they took it with the others by accident and it got lost in the laundry service. Beds are not very comfortable. Street is noisy outside, though I bought earplugs at the drugstore after the first night and was able to sleep just fine.

Great location, with a supermarket in the next building and the train station around the corner. Locker to keep your belongings and personal space around your bed in the shared dorm are nice. Staff is friendly and helpful. Good bang for bucks, specially if you're only staying a few nights. Breakfast was simple but ok.
