Compared to the fact that the building looks modern from the outside, the rooms somehow create an outdated impression. The air conditioning barely works. The shower is very small. There was only one outlet in the room, so it is recommended to bring a power strip.

The hotel is in a good location, close to the beach, the old town and the train station. The staff is very kind and helpful. The hotel has an agreement with one of the beaches, where admission is discounted. The room is a decent size and clean. The breakfast is fair.

Breakfast good selection and constantly refilled. Staff very good and welcoming. Room very comfortable and well fitted but bathroom very small and little space for any one not slim .Same for shower. Double room but very, very cramped space in bathroom and shower for 2 people. Location excellent.

Room was for three adults with double bed and a single bed in the same room. So was quite cramped as the room was the size of a normal room. However it was comfortable.

All very well, a late arrival due to flight delays. Hotel proprietor greeted us with understanding . Excellent fresh breakfast , extra tomatoes supplied on request. Superb coffee freshly brewed for table.

BETTER LGHTING IN BATHROOM FOR PUTTING ON MAKEUP. SHOWER TRAY MUCH TOO SMALL FOR ANYBODY APART FROM VERY THIN. SHOWER MUCH TOO HIGH UP AND NON ADJUSTABLE. SHOWER CURTAIN ENDED WELL ABOVE TRAY EDGE SO FLOOR AND TOILET SOAKED AFTER USE OF SHOWER.

Parking situation. The street parking immediately in front was quite limited, although there was a free lot about 2 blocks away.

Breakfast was serviceable but nothing spectacular. Rooms were very clean, bottles of water in the fridge were a nice touch. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

I think my only issue I had was that the breakfast served was very repetitive and don't offer any variety.

The location is perfect as it is close to the centre of senegallia as well as the beach. The staff were all amazing and friendly also.

The walls are not very thick, so we could hear loud neighbors. Also due to the location it can be noisy by the neighboring discos and garbage collectors during the night, so it is not recommended to sleep with an open window.

The location of the Hotel is excellent, opposite the sea beaches in the center. The beds were comfortable and the rooms are well cleaned before noon. The breakfast is diversified buffet with good quality food. The staff is very kind and helpful. The AC and the wifi works well.

Shower stall in bathroom very small with shower head out of reach of anybody at least 3 metres above. Unable to adjust direction of water, only way to stop hair getting soaked to wear shower cap. Toilet very close to shower screen. Impossible for person more than slender to sit without banging arm. Plug on basin not working. Please can hotel provide shaving mirror and better bathroom lighting. Impossible to apply makeup. This all let down high standard of rest and not what expected for price and rating. Service at breakfast in past always exemplary but this year slower and seemed less interested. breakfast still fantastic choice

I like that view form the window during my breakfast. I like cleaning stuff, ladies didn’t speak English but tried really hard to understand us and help us. I really love those free bikes to rent.

Unfortunately the hotel did not own private beach. One can rent sun beds and umbrellas starting from 15 EUR/day on nearby beaches. The noise of trains was a bit loud so one can sleep with running AC only during warm nights.

This hotel has a good location, close to the beach and to the train station. The equipment and the room met the standard of a good 3 star hotel, it was very well cleaned every day. The breakfast food was delicious, diversified and served by the friendly staff due to Covid restrictions, otherwise in a buffet style. There are many restaurants and bars close to the hotel where one can eat lunch or dinner.

Washbasin very cracked and carpet stained. Potential health hazard especially in this period Very disappointed as this second stay and everything before very good. Flt this let down high standard in every thing else. Felt this was because single traveller and therefore not as important as couple.

Excellent customer service - the staff here are incredible. They went above and beyond to look after us. A perfect location across from the beach and easy access to the train station. A short walk to the historic town centre also. The hotel is impeccably clean. Breakfast is continental + a range of cakes - it was lovely.
