Some complimentary water in the room would be nice and the road is quite noisy at night if windows are not closed (there is excellent A/C).

There was no bar that we could have a pre-dinner drink in. Although there were lots of places outside the hotel, we would have liked the opportunity after sight seeing to have had a drink at our hotel

Although the bathroom was large, it had design flaws: no shelf to hold soap/shampoo in the shower, no hook for towel outside shower, two large sinks but not much counter space.

Staff was super friendly and forthcoming. Even with our late arrival, the front desk staff was very welcoming. Breakfast staff were also very friendly and smiley, even though it was hectic and busy that morning. Amazing!

We asked for a late check-out for 1 or 2 hours extra only, the first reaction “you have to pay”. Lack of manners and courtesy and very poor attitude on the front desk staff. Specially that we had arrived past 10 PM for check-in and had stay 3 night on a very low season. As the hotel was quite empty he could have had a courtesy gesture or at least better manners and attitude. Also on another note, laundry service over charged (more expensive than our hotel at Rome). Also there is a laundry just 2 blocks away from the hotel (1 minute walk) had we found out earlier!

The room was decent on 5th floor. Beautiful view. Spacious enough for Italy (Ravenna). Also the bathroom is all glass and has a nice view. Beautifully lighten ! The breakfast much better than expected. I can say great breakfast with plenty of selections, different (exotic and local) fruits every day, eggs, cheeses, amazing croissants you name it in addition to an a-la-carte selection also available as part of the menu. The breakfast staff super amazing, smiling, welcoming and very helpful and friendly.

Everything was fantastic

We loved this hotel! The room was spacious, quiet, spotless, and very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent - some of the best variety and quality we’ve had at a hotel in Italy. And the staff we wonderful! It was my birthday while we were there, and I didn’t mention it, but the staff must have noted it from my passport at check in. On my birthday at breakfast they brought me a cake!! They totally went above and beyond. Would highly recommend this hotel!

We love this hotel and frequently stop in Ravenna when traveling to Friuli. We always stay at Palazzo Bezzi. For the first time we stated on the main floor and found the room slightly less pleasant than the rooms on the upper floors.

I liked everything, I would recommend this Hotel to anybody. One of the best Hotels I have ever stayed.

It was close to the Mosaic school where I needed to go. Close to the restaurants, and to the tourism attractions. The Hotel is situated in a quiet area. The gluhwein and cookies in the evening was a nice gesture. Me and my daughter enjoyed our stay very much.

A better kind of tea bag, would be appreciated. But still…. A water boiler in the room is already great.

Real espresso and cappuccino , this is almost exceptional because most hotels now just put a stupid machine in the breakfast room. In Italy a good coffee made by a real person is what I go for! I found very sweet “welcome bag’ in the room for my little dog, what can I say? it did move me. No extra charge, but love! Very nice stuff, exceptionally friendly and helpful
