We ate at the hotel restaurant for dinner. In a large overly lit room and very little choice on the menu. They had a salad bar with few items. We ordered fish which was overcooked and not very tasty

Use that hotel as a stopover. It is an older property but in good order. Great bonus: a large private parking. Friendly staff and we had a large room with two beds (we asked for that) and two bathrooms. Very clean. Beds a little soft for our taste. Very good breakfast in the morning.

The gulf view is amazing, the food is tasty. The proprietors were quite helpful in recommending places to visit and stores to shop for clothing.

The rear patio area was a little enclosed although quite pleasant. The shops, bars and restaurants are approximately 1 mile from the hotel, fine if you like a walk.

Lovely clean room with the balcony looking towards the Golfo di Manfredonia and the marina. Nice walk along the promenade (about 1 mile), to the marina and into the town. Lots of places to eat and drink although not used as the hotel restaurant was superb. Easy parking and access with excellent staff, one of whom escorted us to a much needed car wash. Great place to use as a base for visiting the nature reserve and Monte S. Angelo which is a "must see"

WiFi access could be improved as we had some difficulty connecting to internet. Towels should be improved, because towels from wafercloth are not suitable.

This hotel needs a whole upgrade , the lift didn’t work , the towels are more like sheets , the furniture saw some decades and the toaster in breakfast room saw dooms day and didn’t work .

I chose the hotel because of its location just in front of the beach . Our room had a lovely terrace and the view was wonderful .

Since we arrived at the end of October, the air conditioning wasn't working. The hotel should notify that when it is booked. The rooms facing the see are on the main noise road and it isn't possible to sleep with an open window. The hotel is very far from the center of the town. You need a car to go there.

The hotel is near the marina where you can find restaurants and coffee shops. We booked double room and recieved a room for three, so it was big. The breakfast was the best we had during whole week, including vegetables, fruits and eggs. The reception was very friendly. There is on site parking.

I don’t think the air con was working but at least it wasn’t overly hot in my room.

The Bed and pillows are comfy. Clean room. I like the view.

Air conditioning hadn't been turned on in the hotel, and the first night was rather warm.

The breakfast, the location, parking, and the staff were excellent in every sense of the word. My room also had a spacious balcony overlooking the bay that was amazing.

Family owned and operated. Super friendly staff. Roberto helped with all our questions and upgraded our rooms. They had parking ready for our van, which we didn't even request in advance. One evening, they even set up a table for us to play cards.

Toilet and shower corner are unplesent,water runs from the shower corner onto the floor, towels are extremly thin, there is nothing to dry the floor with. Ther was a dog in the next room that barked after 11:30 pm, the walls are not thick, everything that is said in the next room can be heard, even at night. I could not sleep properly for two nights, due to the dog’s barking and the loud neighbors in the next room.

accessible to the city center. ocean front and lice promenade for walking especially in the morning. Staff are so friendly especially Roberto who is so helpful and thoughtful of his guests.
