Amazing hosts, an unbelievable breakfast of many courses, a huge room and everything super clean. Our hosts Nicky and Roberto were so helpful and kind. Nothing was too much trouble and they were happy to make dinner reservations and provide advice on where to park in town and where to eat. The views from this wonderful B and B were amazing and the location was close to town but quiet. We would stay again.

The place is beautiful . The garden and the view of Piazza Armerina from the garden are amazing. The rooms are very nicely decorated and very clean. The hosts Nicky and Roberto are exceptionally nice and helpful. They succeeded to make our stay unforgetable.

We arrived after dark a little nervous about the road getting there but the whole trip was quite an adventure.We were warmly greeted by the charming Nicky and her lovely husband Roberto.who could not have been more helpful. Panorama suite is an absolute hidden gem! Nicky and Roberto are such gracious hosts, warm, friendly and make you feel at home. The place is secluded, offering the most wonderful view of Piazza Armerina in a serene atmosphere. Rooms are spotless, roomy and comfortable, every detail is well thought and a pleasure to the eye. Breakfast is a treat and also a pleasure of aestheticism! We will undoubtedly come back.

Nothing, it was perfect!

The property is in the most amazing location. It’s a little tricky to get to on a narrow road but is 100% worth the effort! The view is spectacular, the welcome by Roberto and Nicky second to none and the room was immaculate. Breakfast was the best, home made by Nicky and with great variety.

Panorama Suite was absolutely beautiful! With stunning views, elegant modern furnishings and decor, luxurious heated floors, pristine cleanliness and attention to detail, it marvelous. Nicky and Roberto are extremely gracious and hospitable and offer an excellent breakfast, able to accommodate dietary needs. Nicky was also very attentive, communicative and offered great suggestions for nearby attractions and restaurants. We had an amazing stay, thank you!

We loved our stay, too bad it was just for one night! Robert and Nikki (sorry for possible spelling) are fantastic hosts passionate about tourism. They have individual approach towards their guests. Welcome drinks, comfortable beds, lavish breakfast, extremely useful tips on what to see in the area and what to do - this is what they provided! Highly recommendable!

Their graciousness, hospitality and eagerness to please surpasses anything I have ever experienced before. They are two beautiful people. It was all good!

Panorama Suites is located on a steep hill just outside of Piazza Armerina. From the house, you have a “Panoramic View” of the town, with a focal point of the dome of the basilica.it is an absolutely stunning view! Our hosts, Nikki and Roberto, were the finest, most accommodating people we met throughout our 3 week trip to Italy. They offered advice and greatly helped us navigate our way around the town. The rooms are newly remodeled and tastefully decorated. The modern, private bathroom is awesome with its waterfall shower! A delicious breakfast is served on the beautiful outdoor patio. We chose this BnB because of its proximity to the Villa Romana de Casales ( an amazing site!) but we also enjoyed visiting the ancient town of Piazza Armerina. If you enjoy exploring medieval towns, this is a great place to visit. Be sure to rent a small car to more easily navigate the narrow streets. This turned out to be one of our favorite stops on our trip!

The access road is a bit “too Italian”. Luckily we had a small car, for which it was ok though not the easiest. Make sure you have a small car and follow the hosts’ instructions to the letter, and you’d be fine!

The place was immaculate - fabulous views, comfortable beds, privacy, great shower. While all those aspects were top-notch, the hosts were some of the best in our travels! They cared about our trip and our comfort and the went out of their way to make it perfect?

Very narrow and steep driveway to their house. Fortunately without big traffic.

Roberto and Nicky were very friendly, prepared for us great breakfast (with local specialities, a lot of fruit and fantastic eggs omelette). We liked design room and beautifull view from terrace. Our arrival to accomodation was late, but the owners waited for us. Roberto provided us by many tips and information for trips to Sicily.

Access to the property might seem a bit daunting at first due to a one lane road leading to the property, but is easily manageable and well worth the drive to the property.

Nicky and Roberto are exceptional and most friendly hosts that we have ever met, and they live on site and are very easy to communicate with. The views from the property are truly panoramic and spectacular of both the country side and of the town of Piazza Amerina. The room was very tastefully designed and built last year and was extremely clean and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing, with cut fruits, cheeses, cold cuts laid out in a most artistic manner, with the best freshly baked croissants ever.
