Staff was Not helpful always with Attitude and Spoke Rudely with no care or Bothered in assistance in anything I asked them . I didn't like the choice of breakfast I asked for Refund on my 1st stay day Manager was Rude a refused to give me a Refund I had to Eat out Daily.

Cleanliness was quite poor. And it would be miles better if there was better AC since I felt like I was sweating the entire time and couldn’t really sleep.

Way too noisy, but I'm sure that could be said about everywhere in Rome. You can hear sirens a dozen times per night. Earplugs are a must.

Location was central to everything. Easy walk to great restaurants and the sights. I would stay here again, but upgrade to an updated room.

Not Recommended. The hotel misled us: the pictures were not accurate, nor reflected the outside location of the hotel or the accommodations within; the bathroom door did not lock and close, being with family, this was a terrible inconvenience; there was a smell from the shower drain; the most unpleasant thing was being misled about the interrior accommodations and comfort and the location of the hotel. It was not the money paid - we paid for six days - but the dishonesty that upset us.

The staff downstairs in the breakfast reception room was the only thing that redeemed this hotel; the breakfast staff was courteous and professional.

The internet was available only on the reception. Even if you had your internet, the signal was very poor.

In addition, the phone didn't work, there was a large garbage Container under our only window where bottles were crushed EVERY MORNING starting at 2:30 am. The floors were not cleaned, sometimes we had to ask them to change our bed sheets. For the amount of money I paid for this Hotel stay, it's was BELOW the EU Standard and this is such a shame that we find Hotels like this in EUROPE. THIS SHOULD NEVER BE LISTED. THE GOVERNMENT HAS TO MAKE SURE HOTELS LIKE THIS UP KEEP THE EU STANDARD. DO NOT THESE PEOPLE RUIN THE EUROPEAN STANDARD.

Well firstly this Hotel should not be listed in Booking.com because, Booking. com has a proper name/ Standard to up keep. The location of the Hotel is ok because ist not far from the train Station. The condition of the Hotel rooms are not conducive for human beings. A pungent smell came from the toilets early mornings, the windows were not cleaned for ages, our Family room was not in the same condition as the photos shown to us before. Most importantly this Hotel is not owned by REAL ITALIANS, but CHINESE, so no wonder the Standard. Do not be fooled. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

This hotel has nothing, like umbrellas or do not disturb signs. For 2 of 3 nights the hotel was mostly booked with older teens who were very loud. It was not a good experience.

Wifi service is weak and bad reception The cleaning of the room is bad we find hairs on the bed and blood on the towels and sheets they didn't clean the room probably and after complains 2 times they send one of the staff ( Bahram ) he changed all the bed's sheets. But they should do and check everything before check-in the customer.
