We enjoyed the breakfast and facilities. The room was very comfortable and decor was exceptional. The front desk personnel especially Jesse was very helpful. We enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent.

There are weird stairs in the hallways (difficult with small children). Small misunderstanding with some staff members (that were solved well).

Nice swimming pool and warm jacuzzi. Beautiful view from the balcony! Very friendly cleaning ladies, portiers and staff in the restaurant.

I assumed a 5 star hotel all rooms would have lake view,my room did not.ill pay attention to book room with better view next time.

Great hotel.Staff are outstanding.Breakfast excellent.Room and bed excellent.Location not too far from main area of Limone.Lovely trails around the hotel to explore which was an unexpected bonus.Outdoor hot pool was great.

Staff were helpful but I didn't feel they went that extra mile; something I would like from an expensive 5 star hotel.

Pool is not heated and quite cold although did not stop us going in for a swim. Most drinks reasonably priced but some seem a little high e.g €6 for a small glass bottled Coca Cola. Would be good to have more reasonable soft drinks.

Just perfect from start to finish! All a result of the excellent and friendly staff. Every aspect of the stay is so well thought through and perfectly done. We had a very quick check in at reception and were then walked to our room. Housekeeping were so smiley. Our room felt clean and welcoming every day. Excellent morning and evening turn down service. Could not be better. We really appreciated the pool bag and towels which was refreshed every evening. Bar staff remembered our orders. Restaurant staff are a great team and provided high class service at breakfasts and dinner. The food was probably the highlight of our stay. Some of our evening meals at the hotel were the best dishes we ate in Limone. Breakfast offered an outstanding selection of food which all felt fresh and of high quality, far better than most hotels. Freshly squeezed orange juice was another favourite. The pool area is lovely and was never crowded. A variety of beds with comfortable cushioned padding. Excellent views from the pool area and terrace of the lake and hills. Very pretty and a calming quiet environment. Large jacuzzi was excellent and very warm after a swim in the cool pool. Will be highly recommending this hotel to friends and family.

Nothing. Only angst is not having immediate access to an iron and ironing board in room following check in.

Everything. Location. Spectacular setting. All staff are so welcoming, including reception / restaurant / spa / housekeeping staff, very polite, so mannerly. Cannot do enough for you. Panoramic terrace. Medical spa and separate spa facilities. Rooms spotless and beds extremely comfortable. Balcony a plus. Bathrooms are beautiful with very good toiletry selection. Basket with towels and flip flops provided for pool area. Indoor and outdoor pools are amazing. Free Shuttle service to and from hotel to historic centre of Limone from 10am - 7pm.

Bottled water was in the fridge when we arrived but was not replenished during our stay.

Both indoor and outdoor pools were great - there was even a tennis court, which was amazing for us. Delicious breakfast and a laid-back relaxing atmosphere. Good cocktails in the bar. Wonderful nearby restaurants in the town of Limone.
