United KingdomThe hotel was excellent, it offered great value for a hotel in a great location with fabulous sea views and of the surrounding areas. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was right in the middle of town with a short 15 min walking distance to from the station. Also was close to the ferry port and bus stop to Portafino was literally at the bottom of the road, which cost 5 euro including the return. This is a gem of a place and I would definitely come back again as well as happily recommend to family and friend. Could not fault the hotel.

UkraineI didn't like lots of empty pots around hotel. Hotel can look nicer if organise it better. Even entrance can be more posh than just dead flowers. But we were when season is finished that is why , maybe, hotel was getting ready for winter and getting close. But room was clean and comfortable.
Everything was good. A bit outdated design but good value for money in this region. Location is very good. Swimming pool has with sea water. Staff was friendly. Inside the hotel was clean but territory can be kept better than lots of different fences and crowded with materials which can be hidden somewhere but not lay infront of hotel

Loved the view from the breakfast area that looks to the sea and the pool. Staff were friendly and courteous. Loved that there were elevators everywhere to go up and down the steep entrance and the floors with our luggage.

United KingdomThe bathroom in room 110. The light was on a sensor which kept going off every 30 seconds which when in the shower etc was frustrating and concerning. The staff tried to fix the problem but weren’t able to. After being there a couple of days, we were alerted to a light switch under a shelf which at least gave us some light. The area around the bath was old and decaying and not 4 star status. There want a kettle in the room. It was very expensive to stay and the quality was well below the price.
