On our fourth morning and last the breakfast area was FULL OF GROUP TRAVELERS !Packed crowds ! Very very chaotic and noisy ! We left

Breakfast was great !coffee would be more welcoming if it was in a pre made canister that had 3 strengths mild medium or dark ! The machine worked but u got so little amount that u had to go back a plenty!the pump fill and go woulda been sweeter!

Sixth floor: the WiFi is terrible. Our 1st room was on the 3rd floor and the WiFi was strong.

Staff, esp Paula, was very helpful on several occasions. Great sea view from some rooms. The renovations to the hotel are great.

The hotel was excellent, it offered great value for a hotel in a great location with fabulous sea views and of the surrounding areas. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was right in the middle of town with a short 15 min walking distance to from the station. Also was close to the ferry port and bus stop to Portafino was literally at the bottom of the road, which cost 5 euro including the return. This is a gem of a place and I would definitely come back again as well as happily recommend to family and friend. Could not fault the hotel.

It was not possible to take a shower without causing an inundation in the bathroom.

Our room was big and overlooked and opened towards a terrace overlooking the city and sea.

I didn't like lots of empty pots around hotel. Hotel can look nicer if organise it better. Even entrance can be more posh than just dead flowers. But we were when season is finished that is why , maybe, hotel was getting ready for winter and getting close. But room was clean and comfortable.

Everything was good. A bit outdated design but good value for money in this region. Location is very good. Swimming pool has with sea water. Staff was friendly. Inside the hotel was clean but territory can be kept better than lots of different fences and crowded with materials which can be hidden somewhere but not lay infront of hotel

We are in renovation time. Some are uncomfortable. But most of them are good condition.

Easy to find a place , staff are nice and breakfast is very good. Room with Seaview.

Noisy elevator , cramped bathroom. Shower in a tub , no kettle/coffeemaker in the room, vending machine in the lobby . Spotty cleaning, balcony floors need a scrubbing ,room floors need a mop.

Bathroom very cramped and needed updating. There was a cracked tile and a bit mouldy. Pool a bit chilly!

The staff were super helpful as I was travelling on my own. Great big balcony and fabulous view over the harbour. Great location with everything near including a supermarket and bakery.

There was no curtain in the shower, which I found strange. It may have been by design but it was difficult not to splash water all over the bathroom when taking a shower.

Loved the view from the breakfast area that looks to the sea and the pool. Staff were friendly and courteous. Loved that there were elevators everywhere to go up and down the steep entrance and the floors with our luggage.

Bathroom very small and old The hotel felt unloved needed some updating. When we checked in the first room we were given was small and at the back of the Hotel and not what we had booked. We had to ask to change for the room we had booked.

It lacked many of the niceties of a great accommodation: limited provisions in the room such as hand lotion, no spare toothbrushes etc at front desk, and staff were unwilling to arrange room to accommodate two twin beds (selected in booking) rather than one king.

The bathroom in room 110. The light was on a sensor which kept going off every 30 seconds which when in the shower etc was frustrating and concerning. The staff tried to fix the problem but weren’t able to. After being there a couple of days, we were alerted to a light switch under a shelf which at least gave us some light. The area around the bath was old and decaying and not 4 star status. There want a kettle in the room. It was very expensive to stay and the quality was well below the price.
