The position was fantastic. We could see the towers and watch all the excitement going on from our windows. Big wi dies that opened to let some fresh air in. Air conditioning as it was hot during the day Staff were very responsive and obliging A lovely note and small amount of tea coffee which was nice Lovely and clean. Washing machine and dryer available.

Excellent location right in the heart of Bologna. Very easy keycode access. While the property in on a main road in the central area, I didn't think it was particularly loud and slept very well at night. The accommodation was clean and spacious and it was incredibly helpful to have a kitchen with fridge to store things for breakfasts. Bathroom was clean and shower was very good pressure.

Location is great, literaly in the center of the city! We walked everywhere in this amazing city. From the window, we were able to see the towers. Owners informed us for all required info very well in advance and answered my questions immediately.

The curtains are too long, covering the air conditioner and making it ineffective overnight. They need to be shorter. It was about 10-15 minutes walk to parking, but very navigable and the side streets were interesting.

Spectacular location on the Main Street, within a block of the Guaita tower, a few blocks from either big main square in the historic centre and close to a street full of restaurants.

Everything what you wish for, was here. The room was so clean, fresh and cozy. Fantastic location. Perfect for couples. The Host was so kind , nice and very helpful. I totally recommend it .

Abating location right on via Rizzoli next to the two towers, couldn’t get a better locations Awesome a rooms living and kitchen with bathroom Lift and Laundry downstairs. High level security but Bologna is safe and safe can ever be anyway.

Apparently the pictures on booking.com show pictures of several apartments because theres 2 bathrooms in the photos but only one in the apartment. It was extremely hot when we arrived. It took several hours to get the temperature to a comfortable 72 degrees. It’s not a private washer/dryer. Ha it took us 5 1/2 hours to wash 2 batches of clothes. It’s an extremely small unit and even after the tray is emptied from the dryer, it never completely dries your clothes. We had to lay them out all over to dry. It doesn’t work til 9am and it shuts off at 10pm. So early birds and late owls don’t plan on getting laundry done at that time. Safe bet is too pretend there’s no laundry unit available. The location is 2 rooms over from being above a pizza joint opened til 5am. The people/locals party right there under your window all night long! Bring a loud box fan or sleep app.

Location is perfect!!! Beds were comfortable and room was clean. It’s definitely spacious enough for 5 people.

This isn't a dislike, but in other apartment rentals we stayed at in Italy, there were always water bottles in the fridge, free to use. The bathroom is small, and nowhere to put your toilet bag!

The location was fabulous. So central, walking distance to everything. Though it is on a busy street, the double glazed windows blocked all noise out. Weekends, all traffic is blocked from entering the city zone, so be mindful if arriving on a weekend. The photos, I think, are not current. I don't think our room was as depicted. Everything was clean and tidy, which one can't fault. Again, location great, so worth considering staying.

The beds were not very comfortable and the pillows were not good either. Everything else was exceptional!

Checking into the hotel was a breeze and all done on your mobile device. The location is unbeatable as you're right in the heart of Bologna. Even though you're on a main road, the windows are thick enough that you won't hear much or any street noise at night. It was also super nice to use the same code to enter the building and room rather than carrying around a set of keys.
