We gave such a high rating only for the sake of the staff, in fact, the hotel is already very tired, it definitely needs updating. The worst thing is, of course, the mattresses in the rooms are long overdue to be changed; it feels like they are from 1995, like the hotel itself and the furniture. There is no fridge in the room. There is no welcome drink in the lobby, even no water bottle in the room.

The reception staff is truly amazing, the attitude is really cozy, and we felt like we were at home. Every wish was fulfilled just at the slightest request. And the room staff is highly professional - rooms were cleaned and served fast. We are very grateful. The pool is very beautiful and well maintained. the terraces on the rooms and the view is very nice. Of course, the rooms are old fashioned and outdated, but everything works and functions. Hotel definitely costs it's money

Balcony with wonderful view. The building is a bit dated but the room is spacious. We ordered a pizza for dinner and it was suprisingly good. Good breakfast. Elevator.

To be honest, we found the mattress rather hard, not really of hotel standard. a shame because everything else was great.

The location was great, price was great, friendly staff especially the cocktail barman Michael.

We booked the deluxe suite for our family. It was way too expensive, not luxury at all. It looked like a big spare room, rebuild for a small group. We wanted to stay for 3 days, but decided to stay 1. The hotel was very flexibel with that. The normal rooms must be ok, with a balcony and great view. But we did not stay there.

Loved the little village and the place of the hotel. Friendly host. Great views. Spacious rooms. Breakfast is complete. It is very popular with elderly italians. The hotel had is prime three decades ago. Nothing wrong with that, some things are bit outdated. But you can also say: authentic. The athmosphere is nice.

Convenient for town centre, clean, quiet and well presented. Twin room large with 2 x 4foot beds. Large balcony with few over sassello. Well maintained swimming pool. Good well stocked bar and on site restaurant.

The owners of the hotel were very warm and friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The location is excellent and very pretty. We were only there one night but would have been happy to stay longer and I am sure we will be back! Delicious breakfast and dinner!

Me and my family really enjoyed our stay in the hotel. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, the breakfast was great (bride variety, tasty coffee and great view from the restaurant). The location is great: a lot of nature where you can just relax and take hikes but at the same time its just an 1 hour drive to the city of Genua and about 2 hours to monaco. The hotel is hosted by a really nice family, all of them took great care of us and made sure we really enjoyed our stay. We will sure come back to this hotel.

Was fine, nothing special. A little expensive for the quality, but the staff if nice.

Enjoyed the pizza in their restaurant and was only hotel open in Sassello that we could find that evening. Breakfast was ok. Free pool and fuzball!!!

It s the 3 rd time we stay here while visiting friends in Sassello, rooms are very clean and we had a beautiful view of the village, also, the owners are very friendly and will go the extra mile to make your stay as nice as possible. Food at the restaurant was superb, we had some of the best pasta here. Parking is ample and very safe. Always a pleasure.

Beds are not comfortable, small rooms, the hotel is noisy and old, you hear everything from the hall or neighbours. Breakfast was very poor with no vegetable. Waiters must serve you due to covid restrictions what takes them a lot of time.

We have choose this only for night check-in , what is good for travelers. Staff at reception was friendly.
