The neighbour was quietly and near to metro station about 2 minutes by walking. Very clean apartment, very large, everything you need in a house it has it . The owner was pleasant and Very helpful in whatever we needed.

The owner was the most hospitable and welcome, very cozy apartment with absolutly everything you need! Apartment is located in very quiet and safe area with metro and bus stop in 3 min., so its easy to get to the center or any other place. Definetly recommend for stay😊

It wasn’t really close to the city centre but the metro is right around the corner and also bus no 81 that goes all around Rome and has stops and all of the famous locations you could find there.

Sandro is helpful, kind and amazing host, he was taking care of guests. He waited for us in front of the flat despite our late arrival (02:00 a.m). Also, we left apartment late. The apartment is just perfect, cozy, clean and comfortable, great location, everything is near. Huge recommendation to this apartament. if we return in rome it will be definately in this apartment. We loved the apartment, it was beautiful and spacious and it had all the facilities a family needs. It felt like a home thanks to the host's interest in the small details and his ability to make us feel welcomed and comfortable with everything. He was always checking on us, answering all our questions, helping us with whatever we needed. We thank him for an excellent stay at his place!

The only thing that bothered me was the creaking of the elevator heard in one of the bedroom.

We liked everything about the apartment, well located, very large, it has all the utensils we need, the owner received us very well, showed us around the apartment, gave us tips on how to take the train and buses, gave us great tips on restaurants close by, the apartment is well located with restaurants and supermarkets nearby. note 10 for the apartment and for the owner, we have already recommended it to friends who are coming to Rome in the coming months.

The place was just perfect. Everything you needed (supermarkets, cafe’s, bakery, metro, bus stop etc.) was around. We really enjoyed our family stay, for us the breakfasts at balcony were the highlight! Sandro was amazing host. We all definitely recommend this accommodation in Rome:)

Everything was perfect, very friendly host, Sandro, staying in contact and taking care of guests, making sure they have everything they need. Appartment is on the top floor with a very long terrace along the whole appartment, with exit to the terrace from every room. Although apartment is not in a strict center, commuting to the city center is pretty good - subway station nearby and direct bus.

The accommodation has everything you need. One of the most complete locations that I've ever seen. The balcony is huge, much bigger than you can see in the pictures. Great location, supermarkets and subway very close. The host is very friendly and helpful. Try his restaurant recommendations, you will not regret it.

The location of the apartment was exceptionally good and the owners were very welcoming. Also the apartment was very clean. Definetly would recomend this to everyone that wants to truly experience Rome. P.S. The supermarkets and the pizzeria near the apartment came in handy after a long day of walking.

One of the bedrooms was near the elevator, which could become a bit of a problem at night for a really light sleeper, but overall it was okay. Otherwise, the apartment and host were really nice!

It was very clean, we had everything we could need in the kitchen and bathroom (even had makeup pads), it was spacious and we felt really comfortable. It’s really close to the metro (line C) and had a good pizza place just around the corner, where we usually stopped for some takeaway slices. It also has a bus station nearby and 2 supermarkets, one being almost around the corner as well. The host was really friendly and ready to help with snything we might have neede. He met us at the metro station and guided us to the apartment. I would totally recommend this apartment!

There are 2 bedrooms - one of the located close to the elevator - so some noise when it is in use. Apart from this little thing the apartment was so nice and we felt at home immediately...

Really nice large apartment with a feel and setup like you borrowed it from a friend. There is a huge outdoor porch on the 7th floor overseeing the residential area - we had breakfast there every morning i the sun. Metro around the corner... just perfect for sightseeing.

Sandro the owner waited for us in front of the flat despite our late arrival. He showed us all the amenities, plus shared a great surprise - box of a warm delicious pizza. Flat is equipped with all the items that might be needed on a short trip - hairdryer, iron, etc. We were surprised to get some water, juice and products for a quick breakfast. Flat itself is perfect for 4 people, you will have a cozy living room to stretch the legs, plus a huge terrace. You will surely benefit from two bedrooms. Location is convenient - metro and bus stations are just around th corner. It takes 20-30 min by metro to be next to Colosseum. If your plan is to spend whole day in the city and return only to sleep at night - this is just perfect! Downstairs there are few bars where you can get a fresh cornetto and coffee, there are two supermarkets, few smaller stores, and descent restaurants in walking distance.

Everything was great.

Everything. The suite is verry well equipped, clean, cozy, good location(near to metro station and a lot of bus stops), perfect for 2 couples or a family of 3-4 since it has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and a big terrace. Sandro the host is also verry welcoming and eager ti help.
