Said “garden views” which were just of the little front gardens of the houses opposite. Shower was low power and wouldn’t stay up so had to be held.

Location was great and the staff were very friendly. Also let us keep our bags there free of charge after check out.

the only downside was the mattress, which was in one piece and collapsed in the middle

within ten minutes to the green and red subway stations. 15 minutes walk from the main station. Spacy clean room, bathroom was clean as well.

The walls in the room was a bit untidy. A shutter or a better courtain would be useful in the rooms.

We had already stayed here before so we knew what to expect. Small family run Hotel close to Piola Metro stop, only 3 stops away from Milano Centrale. basic rooms with a fridge and bathroom, clean and comfortable enough for a 2 night stay with a 2 month old baby

Great value for money close to Piola metro. Only 3 stops away from Milano Cental station (10 min). Facilities were basic but all was clean and easy. We travelled with a 2 month old baby and everything was fine. Not a luxury hotel but has everything you need for a cheap stay in Milano.

Very good hotel, all was fine and as expected for 2-star standard, kind owners, very clean, fridge inside a room (which is very helpfull in the summer). Metro station Piola is very close and also Carrefour 24/7 is very close. Perfect for few days travellers/backpackers.

The lobby was dark and the operator was smoking, which could be felt throughout the hall. The price of the air conditioning is paid separately - for one night it is 15 euros, so first take a good look at what is included in the price of your stay and what is extra. If you only need to sleep for one night, at a relatively low price and close to the metro, the hotel is a good choice.

The hotel is in a quiet environment and near the stop of the green metro line - the Piola stop. Both the location and the price for an overnight stay (without breakfast) are lower than the average of similar hotels in the area. The room is quite spacious with a large and comfortable bed. After a long trip, I finally slept well.

The curtain in the room was dusty (I imagine it’s a difficult item to wash). Every hotel in Milan has now become ridiculously expensive.

I’ve never experienced staff preparing a cappuccino for free in the morning to their guests. A great touch of humanity.

You have to leave your keys at the property when you leave. All the keys are accessible to anyone entering the property. Even if you have to ring to get inside, I believe this could rise some security concerns. They pretty much take your word for the room you stay in and there are multiple persons at the reception, being a family business. I believe the guest should be allowed to take the keys with them. The reception is open until 2AM, after this hour you have to call the owners to let you in. It's not that bad, but it can be improved. The price could be a little better.

We used this property for a short transit, one night. It is suitable for this kind of situations. You can get to the property easily with the subway from the central train station, or you can have a 25-30 minutes walk there. The room was clean, the fridge in the room was a plus, there was quiet, nothing to really complain about.

You need to leave the key to the reception so they can go to your room but do not change any towels only organise and change the bin. It was very cold and really loud. You can hear everyone talking. Bed was small and not comfortable. The english level is not very good

Even it is a two star hotel, the price is a little bit high. Also, we didn’t use air condition but you have to pay extra if you want to use. Breakfast is not available in this hotel as well.
