Basic facilities but nothing to complain about really.

We stayed here for a couple of nights whilst going to watch England in San Marino, great location, great value for money, basic facilities but that’s all we needed. Well worth the money, out of season though so suppose also reflective.

The parking lot is crowded and narrow, and one of them is a little bit away from the hotel.

The breakfast was rich and tasty with very kind personnel. Due to the fact that I have booked a room for one person, the room was just for one person, nothing more. Two person couldn't even move in that room, but enough for just sleeping. The location is very close to the sea, and I had a very nice view, to the boulevard, and a little bit also to the sea.

I'm usually making english reviews to help others. Several years ago I made very good review of POLO. This time it is a little bit different. a) I changed the room in the second day because it was problem with toilet flush (non stoppable, noisy and waste of water). So it is not so comfortable to transfer all to other toom, addition work to do. In other room sink was leaking and closing of shower cabin was not ok - there as a lot of water in the bath after. b) Breakfast in all hotels today because of COVID is not so perfect so maybe it is not a hotel problem but every day when I came in 7.15 pm juice was finished. Looks funny, who drank it??? Also about juice for breakfast it is possible to accept in 3 stars concentrate with water but in 4* you expect better really. So I received typical 3 starts experience. As I told it was ok for the value I paid but if the rate will be bigger you should expect something better. Several years ago I had wonderful experience in Hotel Polo and it is opposite the present time.

Price I made was very nice, I understand it is a low season so I can accept all negative for this price.

1) it IS VERY noisy at night and in the morning in every room.You hear just all: when people going on the floor, when clining stuff clean other rooms, when people talk outside etc. Unreal to sleep more than till 5 a.m. 2) The hotel is old. All furniture is old 3) It is 4-Star Hotel, but the 0,5l water in the room costs 2€ per Bottle

We had so weak hot water in our room. Although we said it to the staff, nobody did anything! The man in reception was unfriendly and unprofessional. Breakfast was totally awful. As a egg option, there was always the same scrambled egg. Is it so hard to make something different. We could find only one day olive, eventhough the hotel was in Italy. Unfortunately, we were totally unsatisfied except cleanliness of the room. There are many other options with the same price, we will not come again to this Hotel. Ladies in Reception were very kind and professional.

The rooms were a little outdated, not like the photos advertised on here (old carpets, curtains and beds) - I don't think they're all like this as I did see another room when the cleaners were cleaning up and it looked like the photos.

Great location, close to the train station (around 20 minute walk) with a host of amenities nearby. Lot's of restaurants and cafes very close with a very short distance to the beach.
