Not much storage space in the room but didn’t matter so much as we were only staying for a few nights.

Great staff, always happy to help and give recommendations. Located right next to the historic centre so great to get about and everything is walkable. Breakfast was excellent too.

Our room, although very nice and clean on the 2nd floor , had a strange location in that the entry and window could not be opened without exposing it to the ground floor breakfast and main public area. We worried about having so many Vespas hanging on the wall of our room, although it was an interesting display. We loved the the building was converted from an ancient church. The restoration was beautiful.

We thoroughly enjoyed and appreciated our time here. The staff was the best; breakfast was above average, actually, it was very diverse and exceptional. Location near the must visit sites was also excellent.

We were greeted, unexpectedly, with a large array of savouries and sweet dishes, plus coffee and juice. All complimentary. The decor of the hotel was beautiful and historic. My daughter loved her spa and massage experience. Overall nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Huge breakfasts with a lot of variety too.

Slightly surprised that the spa was pay for access, but maybe we missed that in the room description.

Super friendly welcome with local recommendations & snacks on arrival. Amazing breakfast every morning. The location was also only 10 minutes walk from the main street, which was very convenient.

Great location nearby the Cathedral and the Palazzo Reale. The staff, in this case Matilde, was really good. Great knowledge of the city, very polite, always happy. Rooms are very nicely decorated. Really liked the vespa hanged on our room's wall. I particularly loved the welcome snack, delicious. Prepare yourself for their breakfast, it's the quintessence of opulence. They bring so much food you need 2 tables(for real) and 2 stomachs, there's everything typical of the Sicilian tradition plus really tasty fruits, yogurts and boiled eggs. Amazing!

The staff is truly remarkable. They go out of their way to make your stay comfortable and memorable. Breakfast in the morning is a gastronomic experience! All the best pastries and delicacies you could image. You will not go hungry! Fun, artsy atmosphere with a lot of historical accents. Truly unique. And a short walk from all the major tourist attractions.

On arrival we received guidance and map of Palermo where is everything located. We also received fantastic three big platters of the local food they have and coffee.
