The room was clean. The breakfast was good. The customer service was great. My family of five were traveling for the first time to Italy. I want to thank Anna and John for helping us out and going above and beyond in their effort to make our stay exceptional. We would stay here again.

We received suggestions on things to do and places to visit. Excellent directions. When we returned our luggage had already been moved to our room. Breakfast was very good and we had a shuttle pickup to take us to our cruise ship. The driver spent a large amount of time trying to find where we could catch our tour bus for the days tour. Bless him for the effort, The cruise should have been more explicit about those touring who had not checked in on the ship yet. He went way out of his way to help us and another couple find our tours. The location of the hotel was excellent, very quiet but quite well appointed.

Called the taxi again while in route to return our hats that we had left behind. We truly appreciated being treated like welcomed guests rather than just typical American tourists.

The rooms were spacious, comfortable and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom very modern and well equipped with all amenities provided. The accomodation was of a very high standard and the hosts were very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this accommodation. I would definitely return.
