Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

there is nothing to dislike
2 minutes walk to a beautiful beach, not far from the village, you can walk to the village if not too hot, pretty village with supermarket and plenty of places to eat, we did not eat breakfast at the property so cannot comment.

It should be more clear that this is a holiday residence which means that the cleaninig of the room is not daily as well as changing of the towels.
Very good location close to the beach. Our room had a small garden terrace, liked to have an outdoor breakfast though had to make it ourselves. But there was a coffee machine in the room, were enough of coffee capsules for breakfast If you need to get to a nearby village, you need to have your own car. Villasimius is a very nice town, everything is there from nice shopping till good restaurants

Spacious and clean; good shower pressure; nice staff. Location is 1min away from the beautiful beach (right side had sea weed, left side perfect and clean). We had balcony and it was perfect to relax during midday and when it was too hot to be on the beach. There is 1 good but pricey restaurant next to the property and town is some 35min walk away, but you can find electric scooters around then it is 10 min. One pizza place delivers pizza, ask staff:)) If you wonder how to get there: Villasimiusexpress.it goes from Cagliari airport to Park Bussi stop, then walk or take local taxi (need to call them and it is fixed rate).

Like many already said before: the lack of fresh breakfast. Though we heard serving fresh breakfast is not possible because of some rules, this would have made the stay really perfect. But you can bring your own food and the coffee they serve indeed is good.
Top location: a couple of minutes walking from a beautiful beach with the most clear water I have ever seen. But also the rustic appartement and the beautiful garden were perfect for getting some rest or just chilling. In the room you have a coffee machine and water cooker and in addition it's equipped for cooking of you want. Also everything was really clean and the staff was friendly and professional. After 3 days and nights we were totally relaxed. So we had a great stay and I would recommend this Residence to anyone who is looking for some beach life and relaxation.

We were allocated a disabled person's room which made the bathroom uncomfortable to use and difficult to avoid water flowing out of the shower into the rest of the bathroom. While the unit contained a reasonably well equipped kitchen, the was no simple way of washing dishes, i.e. no dishwashing detergent, drying rack or dish drying clothes.
Corredo, the site manager was incredibly helping to us before and throughout our stay. He is excellent.

Not an “apartment,” as advertised, just a small hotel room with a stovetop and sink wedged in above the mini-fridge. Mattress very hard. AC did not work (error message), so I spent an unrestful night. Manager did not respond to What’s App about AC, so I thought it was too late to get assistance. In the morning she told me I should have called her.
Very close to a beautiful, and very popular, beach. Staff was friendly and helpful.

lack of Wi-Fi! breakfast …which we didn’t have was very packaged/nothing fresh, think this would have changed as we are mostly out of covid times! we bought fresh food from supermarket …much better ☺️ Felt they could do some small touches to make it so much better
location, very close to the beach. although there was a lot of cordoned off areas only for another hotel guests which we felt spout the beach and presume could get quiet busy in the full summer months? staff helpful
