Alberto is a superior and gracious host. He greeted us at the apartment, helped us with our luggage, spent time showing us the apartment, had recommendations for the area, checked in with us throughout our stay, responded quickly when we contacted him and offered to assist us with transportation and any need we may have. Other apartment hosts can learn a lot from Alberto. The property also has a pleasant portiere Marco😊. Alberto's apartment was great in every way. It was very well thought through in every detail. We travel a lot and Alberto’s apartment was one of the best we’ve ever stayed at. We would return to this apartment without hesitation. Thank you Alberto 😁.

The apartment was beautiful, spacious and had good air conditioning in the living room and the 2 bedrooms. Location was great, it was in the perfect spot to explore Rome. The host Alberto was available at anytime by WhatsApp and was very helpful with any information we needed. He was the most awesome host we’ve ever met, was flexible and very friendly. We really enjoyed our stay here.

-I can't complain about anything - Alberto was great

-Alberto the host was amazing, kind, and generous! He let us come in a bit early even though the apartment wasn't ready because the rain in Rome was so bad. He was so communicative and was eager to share with us restaurant recommendations and things to check out in the neighborhood -The apartment is originally his mother's but he's beautifully renovated it - the kitchen, bathroom and the floors are exceptional. Great A/C throughout. Extremely clean!

We were immediately interested in this apartment when we saw its location - it's just a short walk away from many important monuments, but also various restaurants and bars in Rome! The apartment is beautiful and kept in an impeccable condition, we were very comfortable during the entirety of our stay here. Now, the highlight of our stay in this accomodation - the host, Alberto! He gave us plenty of useful information and recommendations for local places to visit or eat in. He was also very approachable and friendly, and made sure we were comfortable and satisfied. All in all, this is an accomodation i would absolutely recommend!

Alberto was an awesome host, he made sure our stay in Rome was a memorable one. The apartment was super clean and comfortable. The location was great, 10 minut walk to Vatican and a bit longer but nice to other sites like Pantheon, Castel Sant' Angelo and others.

The location of the apartment is really central in Rome in a nice neighbourhood. The apartment itself is very beautiful and has everything our family needed for a great stay in Rome. Alberto and his mother are great hosts: very helpful, friendly and overall really nice people! The view from the top of the building is stunning!

Best property owner we’ve ever encountered — so kind and thoughtful and accommodating. The location is ideal. An upscale neighborhood very close to the Vatican and next to a street (Borgo Pio) with excellent restaurants. Apartment is beautiful and there’s a terrace with gorgeous views of St. Peter’s and the entire city.

It was a little noisy at times but as located in the city centre this cannot be helped and did not affect overall stay

The property was beautiful, very traditional and cleaned to a high standard. Beds were very comfy and the facilities were excellent. Location was fabulous, very close to Vatican City and the view from the roof top was amazing! Albert (the host) was very helpful and obviously very passionate about the city and his property! He gave plenty of recommendations and nothing was too much trouble.

The only thing I could complain about is that (on a busy day) the closest parking lot is 10 min walk away (57 euro for 2 nights).

The apartment was gorgeous. The elegant furnishing made us feel like we were surrounded by pieces of art. The host is always available and tries his absolute best to accommodate his guests.

Well, Whaou!!!!! This is probably the best holiday renting my family and I ever made. The appartement is located in the Prati area, 1 street away from Borgo area and 10 minutes from Piazza San Pietro. All around you have a nice choice of restaurants with lovely Roman cuisine. The apartment itself is absolutely superb. It was completely rebuilt from A to Z a few months ago. You have flat screen TV in the 2 bedrooms and in Living Room. King size beds. Air conditioning in living area and the 2 bedrooms. As it was 36 to 38 when we were there, believe me this makes a huge difference!!!! Marble floors, wooden floors all around. All new kitchen units, washing machine… This is luxury. The building itself is an old Palacio dating back to 19th century. The entrance is grandiose and you have a lift if you are too lazy to take the stairs!!! Now the best part. The owner Alberto is the most amazing, kind, considerate person we have ever met in such a situation. Anything we needed Alberto was there to respond and answer all our questions and needs. This is fist class, 5 stars. Alberto is the best host ever. Full point ! Honestly if you want to spend a weekend away in Rome or a week with your family, don’t look any further. Book Prati Di Borgo !!!

Sounds pass freely through the windows. It can interfere with your nightly sleep. Especially when cleaning the streets and emptying the garbage cans.

We, the family of 5 adult persons, spent a wonderful week in Rome. Apartment has excellent location, convenient and beautiful. It is designed very well. Everything is well organized even the small details. Apartment is very clean. Very lovely and friendly host, who was ready to help at any point. The place left an excellent impression!

Perfect experience! This is how it's done! For start Alberto and his mom waited for us and explained everything about the apartment. We felt very warmly welcomed, which made our stay even better. Alberto was also very flexible with us arriving sooner, and let us in the apartment two hours before official check-in time, which ment a lot since it gave us time to rest a bit before going to se some attractions (we are aware this is not always possible, if apatment is not ready). Alberto also helped a lot with choosing local restaurants and gelaterias, and his insights were spot on. He would respond very quickly to any question we had. The apartment was very clean, immaculate really, and it's actually newly renovated. It has everything you need for comfortable stay. Very close to the Vatican City. Lots of restaurant, coffee shops and grocerie stores around. It's also close to Saint Angel Fortress. By far the best experience I ever had with accommodation! I will definitely be coming back to Rome with more friends, and stay in this apartment.
