Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Price was higher by Fierra mobile Milan, but all hotels was very expensive in the period, and street was a little shade in the evening

We stayed before at the Ramada and we will again. It has a secured parking and the location is close to the metro station so accessible from/to anywhere in the city. The staff members are all very friendly.

I think the bathroom size is not quite comfortable. Whoever build it, did not give a lot of thought for the size of the bathroom. It can accommodate only one person at a time. The towels were somewhat dated and did not have a fresh smell to them.
The location is good and the size of the room for the three member family is good.

We like everything.

I think the rating of the cleaning part should be much higher. Everything was better than our expectation. The location is not the best but you can reach Duomo easily by car. Overall we really liked the hotel, its a new facility, clean and modern rooms, a very nice breakfast.

The beds were extremely hard and there weren't enough pillows. It would have been better if the decanter restaurant was open for dinner or the other restaurant had more food options for children and picky adults.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious. The food at the restaurants was good, especially breakfast. It was a great selection. The lobby and common areas were also very clean. It seemed like the employees took pride in their work.

It was hard to understand the lady at the reception as she had a very strong Russian accent. I am Italian, however, she kept asking me if it preferred speaking English (insinuating that I didn’t speak Italian well??). The neighborhood didn’t really feel safe to walk around at night. However the hotel and its parking lot did feel safe, we didn’t feel unsafe leaving the car. This shows that the hotel has good security.
It was a good hotel, with good facilities. I really liked breakfast and the fact that our suite had a Nespresso machine! We didn’t use the pool as it was closed in November. But I will definitely remember this hotel if I go back to Milan during spring / summer. We had a huge balcony and I saw there were bikes that could be used. We had a suite and it really was very spacious. It basically was an apartment (without a kitchen). I really liked the porter. A very calm and friendly man!!!

Italian law (not the hotel's fault) means that the air-conditioning could not be used so room 31C on arrival and doors to balcony had to be left open at all times. My room on 7th floor had no balcony above for protection so I woke to find a wet floor after rain in the night, There needs to be some form of screen outside the door to allow ventilation but keep the elements at bay (a vertical glass screen 30cm wide would serve well). Lower floors not affected. Bar area was part of the through corridor and needs better separation.
Friendly, helpfull, staff. Spotlessly clean everywhere. Great breakfast selection. Bikes and e-bikes availablle for use.
