The room was just the right for my needs! Located in a walking distance from the city center and also easily accessible with busses. Everything inside the room was clean and tidy. Large bathroom, warm room and never had noise issues during my stay. Definitely choosing the same room if visit Florence again.

Quiet hotel in a converted large family home, spacious rooms with lots of character, but good modern clean bathroom, water pressure and temperature nice. If you're looking for a buzzy place this isn't for you but if you're looking for some character and don't mind eating breakfast outside then give it a try. Gabriele on reception is very helpful

For how far from the city center it is I think it's a little overpriced. The property also didn't get in touch with us until the day of with how to do the self-check-in. I like planning ahead, so I would have preferred to hear from them sooner on how to do the self-check-in. Although once we did hear from them it was super easy. Also had issues getting the AC to work properly and there aren't screens on the windows, so we couldn't open the windows to get the cool night air otherwise a lot of bugs would get in.

The room was really cute and enjoyed the garden area. There are lots of nice cafes nearby and sometimes we'd grab some breakfast at one and bring it back to eat in the garden. It's a bit of a walk from the city center, but a lot of the better restaurants are around the outside of the city center anyway. The staff was also very attentive when we had issues come up.

A great place to stay while you are in Florence. The location maybe a bit far from city center, so you would need to take a 20 minutes walk. But if you enjoy walking that won't be a problem. There are absolutely great local restaurants near the place. No tourists at all, but a lot of locals. Also rooms are vey comfortable and have all the facilities you need plus a fast internet

It is in the perfect location, within walking distance to the city centre. I was provided with a secure parking place for 15 € per night, and the staff were very friendly. The courtyard is very pretty, it was quiet - the perfect spot to relax.

The hungry mosquitos in the backyard in the morning - don't forget to apply some anti-mosquito stuff on you before you go out for a very good morning coffee :)

This place is simply AMAZING. It's very artistic, it truly gives you the feeling of Florence the moment you open the front (big wood) door and enter the corridor. Lots of details, amazing backyard, unique ceiling, very interesting stairs. The room - awesome! The moment you enter you will feel the Florence style - both the modern and the old one. It's super clean, quite big, the bathroom is HUGE and there's also a small kitchen if you want to cook something small. The WiFi is extremely good. The staff is superb. Oh! And there's an option for a paid closed parking for your car or bike - just ask with your booking. The price is very good! The location - just 15 minutes away by foot from the main square (The Duomo). If you walk faster you can get there in 10 mins. If you are lazy just take an ebike or escooter and you will be there in no more than 5 mins. Overall the experience is 10/10.

Perhaps the kitchenette could be a bit more equipped, but we were able to make do with what we had.

The hotel is nice and clean and we were surprised that it came equipped with a kitchenette. The bedroom and bathroom are both spacious and provide everything you need. A supermarket is also nearby.

The place was really nice and close to the city center & groceries. I was surprised all our rooms are equipped with kitchenette & utensils so we were able to cook. Self check in was smooth & was really helpful.
