A very friendly and attentive hosting. The room was in a typical simple Italian style. The bathroom comfortable. Everything tidy and clean. The beds not too weak for a good sleep and the outside quiet. So all in all a really great place to stay for a couple of nights. We get a great breakfast in the morning with all you can wish for it. Fresh fruits. yoghurt, bred, dolce, cheese, meat, eggs, honey, jam, water, juice, chocolate, milk, tea and a wonderful cappuccino or something else...what you wish to have, it was served by the friendly stuff. Safe parking place near by the house. Don't miss to eat at the delicious ristorante directly in the house. It's really worth it!

The service provided by the staff and the facilities were excellent, the food was delicious and the owner was very accommodating. We forgot to make a dinner reservation one night and even though there was another event in the restaurant they were able to accommodate us with a lovely table outside under a gazebo. We had to leave early one day and they opened up the breakfast room early for us so that we could eat before we left. The view was beautiful and the atmosphere was charming!

The property has everything you would need, comfortable rooms, restaurant on site, pool and snack bar. Staff are so helpful and friendly, a baby cot was kindly organised. The restaurant food was delicious! The pool was very welcomed in 40 degree heat. Hidden gem and we absolutely loved it!

The only thing I would improve is to add one or two things to the breakfast.

I loved everything about this place. Highly recommended. Very convenient placement - within one hour drive from most Tuscany main attractions. Very clean rooms, extremely helpful and friendly staff ;). Good place for vacation with friends or family. Extremely good coffee. (If anyone from staff is reading this - please say hi to Gino from me!).

The location was perfect. You had wonderful views throughout the B&B: from the terrace you could admire the sunset over the towns nearby or the Olive trees from the room. The food at the restaurant was delicious with ok prices The staff was very friendly and very helpful. The room was big, with lots of storage spaces the beds were comfortable. The pool was perfect for the torrid days of summer

There was nothing I didn't like about the Poggio degli Olivi.

Myself, husband and 7 others both friends and family were returning to our various homes and we had two nights at the Poggio degli Olivi. We were met by a very friendly young man who was courteous, spoke numerous languages and was exceptionally friendly. The first evening we ate there and we were most very satisfied at the level of genuine Tuscan wholesome food that was available on the menu. The following evening was closed for dinner but the owner recommended a good restaurant in the town where once again we were delighted with the menu. Couldn't fault the place. The rooms were extremely large and comfortable with an excellent air conditioning unit. The price included a plentiful breakfast and I wouldn't hesitate to return there if and when I can.

The Poggio degli Olivi is a nice place to spend some holidays in Tuscany. However, it is an hour away from Florence and from Pisa. We had to take a motorway with tolls to go almost everywhere (and they are quite expensive). Besides, the wifi didn't work properly.

The place is charming. We enjoyed the pool (with a small jacuzzi) very much. The breakfast was quite good. The staff was helpful and kind, ready to help you with anything you need.

Bring lots of bottles water. There is water from an outdoor tap, but it wasn't recommended for drinking.

The property is lovely with fantastic views. Beautiful landscaping and decorative elements in common areas, with lots of flowers. Outdoor balcony seating for breakfast, which was varied and ample. They will make you cappucino individually. The pool area is lovely. The room is large enough for 3 to feel comfortable, with a big bathroom. Staff were attentive, able to answer any questions.

Restaurant was closed on our night’s stay but nice restaurant nearby. Shower cubicle needs a scour but shower itself good.

Quiet location in olive grove setting but a short drive to amenities and nearest restaurant. Lovely pool, jacuzzi and sun loungers to relax. Very friendly staff. Secure and ample private parking. Breakfast on terrace was delightful. Nice quiet and room with air con a relief in hot weather.
